no installation guide included

There was no installation guide in the parcel. It is not at all obvious how to fix the item onto the wall. So I cannot use it.

We sell individual spare parts and accessories, which are generally intended as replacements for an existing part that was already installed on the appliance. For this reason, installation guides are usually not included with the product.

If you had contacted us, we would of course have been happy to assist you further. In many cases, installation instructions can also be found in the user manual of your appliance. If you no longer have this manual, it is often still available online via the manufacturer’s website.

Nearly okay, but one of the items were sampled in the wrong way from the producer. I could not change it.
