€1539 custom build

Decided to switch from laptop to PC, took only 7 days for assembly/shipping pretty quick as I’m too impatient. But arrived with wrong RAM as they forgot to switch out temporary ones before sending, and sorta misleading as the website says gigabyte then receiving a xfx QICK 7800 XT as they are not in stock but still same chip. So few days wait for contact/delivery of correct RAM to install and sending incorrect back is slightly tedious.

Other than that perfect 1st official PC to help me hit Apex Pred as performance way better than my laptop. Will be coming again if need for a new or upgraded PC.

OK - but ....

The computer I received was decent and well-assembled. Everything was as I had requested... BUT.
Due to the use of the Ryzen CPU and its tendency to run hot (which is "normal" behavior), the fans in my PC go crazy!
After my initial complain, shop react quickly by sending me new controller. Problem seems to be tackle.
Turn out to be default fan controller was reeving Fans up for no apparent reason.
TIP
Ask for quieter Fans - not necessary NZXT. (for ex. noktua or beQuiet).

I am a little puzzled by your review to be honest :)

We offered and will replace the fans FREE of CHARGE, or even beter fix the issue I just read the email conversation that you had with my college and he literal states that: "Here my colleagues can listen, look at the settings, and replace the fans if necessary. That doesn't have to cost anything except your time."

it was never an issue to send or replace fans if you find them to noisy. He also explained that 140mm Fans in front of your NZXT case are in general very quiet in use because they are larger then 120MM fans and thus need less rotations to produce the same amount of airflow.

Also sound can be misleading sometime, im not saying your hearing is off (probably a lot better then mine) , but we always like to listen to the whole system in person if that is possible so we can fix the issue with you here as well.

To emphasize, we always wanted to fix this issue for you and you do NOT need to pay for it. I tried to call you please get back to me so we can fix the FAN issue for you.

update: We made contact :-) and will work on getting this fixed.
