Great parts, assembly and customer service

Really good components, excellent assembly and great customer service. I've had issues with the transportation company and PCSpecialist CS was super receptive and willing to help. From now onwards, I'm very much inclined to always get my hardware from them.

I bought a high level gaming pc recently. i had a great experience with pcspeacialist. the pc was packed safely. i had only an issue with bluetooth but they helped immediately with clear instructions to re install the bluetooth drivers, i strongly recommend pcspeacialist

Love it !

Received my laptop, and I'm loving it !! Delivery was a few days slower than I hoped it would be, but that's not the end of the world. The performance of my laptop for the price I paid is amazing. The build quality is obviously not the same as top end, expensive laptops. But you can't have it all. A 96Gb RAM laptop with 1Tb hard drive for under EUR 1k !? Great !!

👍🏻 All went well. The website was helpful in configuring the system and warning about potential invalid combinations and oversupply of power. The machine is stable and sleek. I'm not a fan of stickers so I removed the one from PCSpecialist. I would recommend this service to a friend.

On 3 August 2025 I ordered and paid…

I ordered a custom PC from PCSpecialist.nl on 3 August 2025. Although the build entered Testing on 20 August, it remained there without feedback for 11 working days despite my calls. After escalation, I finally received clear communication and packaging photos, plus a detailed explanation for the delay.

Delivery through UPS was also much slower than expected. I received the PC on 10 September 2025.

But most importantly: the assembled PC itself is of excellent quality. Thanks to the build team and support staff, I can conclude positively — I am satisfied with the PC.

Excellent Staff, Very Bad System

I’m writing this with real regret because the customer service team at PCSpecialist has been amazing, fast replies, always helpful, really trying their best. But that’s exactly the problem: the people are great, but the system is deeply flawed.

It started with UPS. My package was delayed. When I finally went to collect it, the UPS employee told me the original packaging was “damaged beyond repair” and had to be repacked without the correct sticker. That already gave me chills. I took photos before leaving.

When I opened it at home, I was shocked: no internal protection material, an oversized box, and inside the case, the GPU support bracket was lying loose. The GPU was tilted, the motherboard latch was broken, and worst of all the PC wouldn’t even boot. No lights, nothing.

I called support (again excellent people), and after troubleshooting we confirmed the GPU was dead. Removing it showed a visible crack in the PCB near the PCIe slot. They set up an advanced swap for a new RTX 5090, but here’s the kicker: it’s been 10 days and the GPU still hasn’t shipped. And when it does arrive? It’s just the GPU in a box no rebuild, no stress testing, no service.

So yes, the build quality was clean. The team did care. But none of that changes the fact that my €5,000 PC arrived broken because of poor packaging choices, and now I’m stuck waiting weeks just to get what I already paid for.

And yes, I blame UPS for the damage,but let’s be real, everyone knows how courier services handle parcels. Packages get tossed around, dropped, stacked. That’s exactly why a €5,000 PC should come in a secure, impact resistant packaging. At the very least, offer an upgrade option for safer shipping. Cutting corners here is unacceptable.

While we’re glad to hear our support team were able to assist you promptly and professionally, it’s disappointing that your overall experience has not reflected the standard we aim to uphold.

All of our systems are packaged using custom designed, rigorously tested materials, specifically developed to withstand the rigours of transit. We ship many systems each day across Europe, and incidents like this remain rare. Nonetheless, we take every case seriously and thoroughly review all related details to try and prevent recurrences. From review, it appears that following the assessment from the courier, it may have been re-packaged for its onward journey, though we do usually prefer systems to be returned so that we can fully resolve the issue in house.

We also appreciate your comments regarding the return and replacement process. Our goal is always to resolve hardware issues as swiftly and efficiently as possible and we will be looking to follow back up with an update regarding this delay, please be assured.

Ordering a desktop PC

- before finalizing, I did get more detail on specifics of the computer that I could not see online. I had some confidence the machine would work for me.
- once ordered, I was kept informed all the time
- the delivery came in the time window previously announced. So I was prepared. The only "observation" was that the driver was already in the car when I opened the door (5 seconds after hearing the doorbell), and he was waving at me. No signature and no chance for intervention in case something would not have looked ok. - but that is for UPS, not for PC Specialist
- PC worked fine and I could configure Windows and add a Linux installation rather smoothly. Everything worked well
