A RARE FIND

We were fortunate to find Geek Support when our previous IT provider unexpectedly stopped servicing us. Geek Support stepped in immediately and provided the reliable, responsive support we needed without interruption.

Geek Support is a well-run organization with clearly established systems and procedures. Their technicians are consistently professional, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, and they follow through on every request.

Peace of Mind...Priceless!

I found GeekSupport when I was one day from giving a presentation and I couldn't make my PPT load correctly. It was one of a million other things that were going wrong for me. Out of desperation and with the clock ticking, I reached out for help and they immediately resolved my issues and were on standby if I needed anything else before or during my presentation. If you can buy peace of mind - I highly recommend GeekSupport. I'm sleeping pretty good these days!

Delivering in the clutch....

They always pick up the phone. They always listen first then try to figure out a solution second. They collaborate together when one individual doesn't have all the answers. Then guess what happens..... they always deliver in the clutch nothing more nothing less.

They are so important to my business. Couldn't recommend this team any stronger.

GEEK SUPPORT, THE BEST

I've had GeekSupport from the beginning. I was one of the first to sign up. The support is absolutely outstanding and the technicians are very, very good. I've become friends with some of them. The helped us configure new laptops, installed my printers and I literally could not run my business without them.

LIFESAVERS on the daily!!

It is imperative as a company to make wise choices on all fronts. One of the wisest choices we have made is the day we found and hired the crew from Geek Support. Even though they are not on site with us they feel like an extension of our company. This team of four, go above and beyond with every phone call and do an impeccable job of not making any of us feel intellectually inept. In addition to their amazing skill level, their patience and kindness actually makes each call a learning experience. Each time a staff member calls either Chris, Roman, John or David they always thank me for hiring Geek Support and always end their phrase with, "they are the best and the nicest"! Thank you guys for not only being professional always, but being exceptional in your craft! Looking forward to our upcoming project and becoming a better company with your help.:-)

What a life saver

What a life saver!

Called them on a Monday AM with a major issue with my email server and email. They had me back up and running within the hour!! I have joined their team on monthly service contract and it's the best money i have spent!!!

I used them to revamp my entire company systems!!

Perfection!!

Highly recommend.

Remote IT Heroes!

We are a fully-remote small business that has been working with Geek Support as our primary IT support for about a year now, and they've been nothing short of amazing. Seriously, these guys know their stuff! Whenever we hit a tech snag, they're on it like superheroes, no downtime or guessing on our end.

The best part is that they get us. It's like they've got a sixth sense for our tech/IT needs. Everything they do fits perfectly, boosting our productivity big time. They've also been instrumental in helping us identify and mitigate cyber/email attacks, malware and phishing attempts.

Whenever we have a question or something's going wrong, we can shoot them a quick email or a text, and before we know it we're on a live call with one of their stellar technicians working through the problem together. We love that they can remote into our devices and take care of things for us while we continue to work, run meetings, etc., on our other devices.

If you need remote IT help, GeekSupport is the real deal, and we cannot recommend their services enough.

Five Stars are not enough!

Five Stars are not enough!! This is a great company with knowledgeable, friendly and caring technicians. Chris has always been there for us and handled any problem that occurred quickly and effectively. So often one grumbles about the cost of business but these $$$ have been very well spent bringing us reliable support any time needed.
