Important Feedback for Geek Support Rep

To whom it may concern. I've been working with Markee with Geek Support for several months now. He is always highly professional and responsive to my PC problems and issues. I don't know what I would do without him. We discussed me getting a new desktop PC and he suggested that a cheaper alternative would be a solid state hard drive. I had it installed last week and Markee helped me get it set up the way I needed. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Best Tech Support anywhere

I have had several tech issues to deal with over the last couple of months. The most notable challenge was the inability to access my LinkedIn account because it had been compromised. I reached out to Chris from Geek Support who was patient with me as we worked through what the problem was and how to correct it. I cannot say enough good about Chris' knowledge and patience. A true professional. This is like having your own personal IT department. Top notch experience!

I can't say enough great things about…

I can't say enough great things about Chris and this company, as we all know in business when our computers go down, it's the worst and Chris helped us out for hours working with Quickbooks Support to get us up in running, Quickbooks staff not so great, but Chris was patient and professional during the whole ordeal, made a loyal customer out of me

Markee is our IT go-to guy

Markee is our IT go-to guy. He has helped us get so many of our technology issues get resolved quickly and efficiently. He goes above and beyond every time for our company. If we contact him regarding any issues we may be having, he quickly contacts us for more information or schedules a time for him to help resolve it. He is knowledgeable and fun to work with. I highly suggest using this company to help resolve any issues you may have! Thank you so much Markee for the excellent service!

I’m so glad I stubbled upon this company!

I have had several different problems with a few devices and couldn’t figure them out myself. And with the help of Geek Support have gotten them taken care of. I love that it’s so easy to set up a time to talk with them and how easy it is to communicate with the Tech’s.

Excellent service

Great service, David was very patient and knowledgeable. He was able to setup my external ssd drive and get my computer working in not time. The subscription cost is worth every penny.

I highly recommend Geek Support, they're friendly and know their craft.

I’m a single mom working from home as a…

I’m a single mom working from home as a contractor. My computer is literally my lifeline. When I started having issues with my computer I thought I would have to buy a new one. I dreaded having to reach out to get help, the last time I had issues it cost me over $400. I had to get a second opinion before I gave up on my computer. I went on google and called around to get prices. I found Geek supports website and Matt answered right away. I told him what was happening and he was very professional. He connected me with Chris within 30 minutes! The price was great, Chris is very patient, professional and has been a life saver. Great customer service all around! He was able to correct the issues I was having and has followed up to ensure everything was working properly!! Amazing team I recommend them to everyone!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST REMOTE COMPUTER SUPPORT EVER!!

I can't even begin to tell you what an absolute blessing it was to find this company!! They have went above and beyond everything they promise. I have never had a remote company that actually does their job, instead of making the issues worse. They are very professional, educated, kind, and most of all affordable! This is one company I will ALWAYS keep my monthly subscription with!! Another thing is you are not doing business with someone outside of the country, that you can't even understand, or trust..

The best!

Chris Gianetti is professional, patient, and perceptive. He was able to identify my problems and address them quickly. He was able to understand what I needed and help me. I am hardly computer literate, but Chris worked with me in a way so that now I can use my Mac with confidence. I would recommend Geek Support--and especially Chris--for anyone struggling to work his or her computer. This is a great service!

Best Service and Support

I am so glad I decided to try Geek Support!! My computer was running so very slow I was thinking I would just give up on it, but I’m glad I didn’t! They had Chris Ginnetti contact me and he has been the nicest and most patient person! He knew exactly where to start troubleshooting and found the problems and then helped me understand what I need to check in the future! Even after fixing the issues he still contacted me each week to make sure it was still running like it should. I can’t say enough about his level of courtesy and professionalism! Thanks Chris!!

They're exceeding expectations

Chris Ginnetti is my guy. I'm sure all of the guys here are great, but Chris has really stepped it up. I'm very appreciative of his help and patience when it comes to working with my ignorance. I'm a businessman, trying to make it work in a new challenging environment and these guys are making it possible. This level of expertise is enabling for an Independent operator like myself. sense last october I have had major problems with a computor that wasn't even one year old. as it turned out Chris found that my provider was most of the trouble. Chris helped me get updated with a program that fit my needs, then he proceeded to fix other problems I had. Thank You Very Much Chris. Chis is da MAN!

In the parlance of the streets, Chris is da MAN!! I am more than pleased with his expertise as well as his product knowledge. He is always quick to respond to my texts and emails and is VERY patient with me given that my level of understanding how computers work is minimal, at best. In my humble opinion, Chris deserves a raise!
