Thank You David at Geek Support!

I was setting up a ThinkPad to replace my wife's laptop that was just purchased and had to be returned. I copied documents and other items and tried to setup 2 users and was over my head. I got in contact with David and he setup both of us as users, copied over files I had installed, set up her email - which took a lot of doing - got both desktops and user security working. We're done! We now have a fully-functioning laptop. David was extremely knowledgeable, untiring, patient, and enjoyable to work with. If you are a home or business, I would highly recommend David, his partners, and his company Geek Support for all of your technical issues. Thank you for your help today! Bill M

I can not say enough good things about…

I was fortunate enough to stumble upon…

I was fortunate enough to stumble upon "GeekSupport" after an unpleasant experience with my former tech-help group of what was sold to me as, so called "professional" tech support. My experience with "GeekSupport" has been rewarding, pleasant and painless! A pleasure to deal with true "professionals". Give them a try, you'll be as happy as I am with their service; five star for sure!

Rare Expertise and Integrity

Roman was awesome listening and helping in any way he could. In the end, he saw that he could not help fix my problem (it was very complicated), so he would not charge me. Integrity that is rare!

These Reviews Are Real

These reviews are real. This trio of IT professionals is dedicated to finding solutions for you NOW. Before I found Roman, Chris and David, I had five years of email sync issues that could not be fixed by other companies.

The first day that Roman ported in he cleaned up several smaller issues with my system. He gave me the education needed to make the decision for fixing the sync issues.

As the week progressed, the team cleaned up other larger issues. We finally tackled the sync issues with the migration to Outlook Exchange.

Their expertise is awesome! Their customer service is top-notch. This is the team of experts you want to fix your computer.

Simply the best!

I have tried multiple IT companies and have consistently been disappointed. I work on a mac and have a complicated email set up, google manages my outlook. Using outlook email on mac is challenging, that being said, I prefer the look of outlook over google. Chris Ginnetti has been nothing short of amazing. Somehow he's able to resolve all different types issues. He remains patient with me and is an incredible LISTENER. Despite my lack of technical words, I would like to believe that I have common sense.
I can sometimes offer information regarding the problems, but not explain it clearly. Chris listens and figures out what I'm attempting to communicate, resulting in a faster solution. He's simply the best!

Outstanding Customer Service and IT Support

Malware. I spent the day calling IT companies. No call back, false promises of calls back, outrageous subscription rates which didn't offer much in return. GeekSupport came through. From the moment Roman answered the phone the experience was different. Roman didn't sound irritated that I had called. He wanted to help. He went out of his way to make sure that my problem was taken care of today. Not in 4-5 hours. He started working on a solution right away. I realize this isn't always possible, but it was a relief. Roman was professional, efficient, and patiently answered all of my questions. I don't often give reviews. Thank you Roman and GeekSupport!

What's the best way to do this?

I needed support with deleting a secondary router from my home system. I called GeekSupport and after a short conversation it was determined I needed a switch to replace the aging router. I asked for a suggestion about the switch. Christian and Roman made a recommendation and stayed within the parameters I had mentioned. I order the specific router from Amazon. Christian had said this would be a "Plug and Play" swap out. It literally took me less than ten minutes to make the swap. Great job and thank you. Not one glitch with the swap and Chris told me if I needed any help that they were there to help if I needed it. Thank you GeekSupport!!!

Chris and his crew were incredibly…

Chris and his crew were incredibly efficient, professional and willing to work with me to whatever level I needed to get the work done and to work with me not knowing exactly what I was needing. They worked it all out in a very quick manner. I was extremely pleased.

i was not able to print. from my mac
after spending the entire morning wuth best buy. who could not fix my Problem I called geek support and roma. spent. ample time solved my problem in afraction of the time

Roman was wonderful

Roman was wonderful, I was a basket case before I spoke to Roman, I'm not very good with computers and how they work. My computer was running so slow and I couldn't access websites it just sat and sat the screen would not change. Roman went in and cleaned it up, tuned it up and check malware, now my computer runs great. Thanks Roman you're the best!

Do it! You wont regret it and you'll learn along the way!

Sent them a message through their online chat and thay called me right away! Within minutes I was contacted with the Ramon, one of the 3 tech guys assigned to me. I had a complicated problem and he, and also consulting his coworkers did a great job in pinpointing it out. He even contacted some suppliers in my area code to help me find a replacement I needed. 100% recomended. Don't waste time googling and youtubing trying to fix thing yourself, with geeksupport you'll have your problems solved in a jiffy!
