I ordered a phone cover in early November and was told in mid-November that it had been sent. I never received anything: no package, no delivery notice, no tracking, nothing by email either. I tried contacting the seller again two days ago (almost Mid December) but got no reply. Very disappointing service..I either want my order or a refund.

Product is good quality, price is excellent

I got the wrong case tab s10 FE plus instead of the ordered tab s10plus having a different Format.

The Retouren was very complicated. I was told to print it. Next to the copy Shop and back to the Post.

I asked for a receipt, but they refused to provide a receipt because of the specific Retourencode from huellendirekt.

I bought 3 items at the same time from Hüllendirekt about a month ago, and all three are already broken. I asked for a refund, and they outright refused. When I said I wanted to leave a review for each item on their website, they acted like they offer that option—but they don't. Even worse, they pretend to send you an email with a link to leave a review, but that’s a lie. This is a common shady tactic where platforms claim they gave you the chance to review but actually didn’t. It's frustrating and dishonest. I tried multiple times, but no review option is available on their site. Beware if you expect accountability or real customer feedback.

Cheap but good quality

Excellent product and available for an older model when many suppliers only support the latest phones.
