Wow did this suck!
I ordered on a Sunday and would get the product within 2-3 days, not choosing express delivery. Next day I got info that my product was being delivered, but the tracking information said DHL was waiting for getting it to them in the first place.
Wednesday evening things had not changed so I reached out to their costumer support. Which turned out to be an AI that told me to wait for two weeks, if the parcel hadn’t arrived by then I could get my money back. I tried reaching out again a couple of days later when it was really obvious that something had gone wrong, but no action from their side, same AI in the other end understanding my frustration and telling me to keep on waiting. I did, still nothing in my mailbox , three weeks later. Supposedly I will get my refund, though it has not happened so far.
Never again.

A very unpleasant experience

I had a very unpleasant experience with Handyhuellen via Kaufland Marketplace. I have ordered an item that has been marked as shipped. I have even received a DHL tracking number for the package. Unfortunately the status wasn't updated on the DHL website so I contacted the seller couple days after last day from predicted delivery date times. They have asked me what address I've ordered the item (isn't it visible on their side? lol). After replying I received a message that they cancelled my order and I should wait for a refund. If I didn't contact them, I suppose I'd wait forever for a courier bringing my package, because they're so unorganized at Handyhuellen, that they didn't even notify me about delay or that product was out of stock without me asking about it.

I had a very bad experience with this…

I had a very bad experience with this website. I placed an order and tried to cancel it just 10 minutes later, but they told me it was already shipped — do they really think I’m stupid?

It didn't even arrive until 4 days later, and I returned it immediately. Then I was told I need to wait 10 more days after they receive the return to get my refund.

Well, 10 days have passed since they received it — and I still haven’t received my money.

This whole process is frustrating, slow, and feels very dishonest. I will never order from this website again

Customer Service is rude

Despite their best efforts Customer Service has difficulties understanding when an issue falls out of the regular scripted customer complaints. In this case then they revert to aggressively shutting down customers instead of trying to really understand what the issue at hand is. It is really quite unfortunate how people have no desire to understand complex issues.
