I love the watch! The delivery process was less than stellar. Very little information. These days you can generally see your item in transit the whole way.

Shipping process is not up to date. 48 hrs later and still no shipping info other than tracking saying order received. This was all completed on a business day.

The double kings collection is presented in a quality case with a window displaying both watches. The watches are very expensive looking with a smart dial and beautiful hands

I’m giving it five stars, although shipping took quite a while. My husband wanted the watch, so I got it for him supposedly for Christmas. He is wearing it now because he likes it a lot.

The time between purchase and delivery was excessively long. I had to contact them by email to complain about the delivery. From that moment on, everything went very quickly.

Delivery was very fast. Support worked with me through the entire process. Very quick product support and my watch was just beautifully crafted. I will order again

Whatch it is looking great. My disappointment is regarding the box it's coming in. It looks and feels very cheap. You can do better then that. It's not matching the watch.
