I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I believe this experience is important for anyone considering ordering from this brand.
The issue was simple and common: the size didn’t fit. I ordered the dress in size M, which turned out to be too big, and I requested a standard return or exchange for a smaller size — something any customer would reasonably expect to be straightforward.
Instead, the process became very concerning.
I was not offered a clear or legitimate return procedure. Instead, I was repeatedly advised to follow legally questionable and high-risk practices for sending the item back internationally, including declaring a lower value on the package (10–15% less) to reduce customs charges. This would have shifted all responsibility and potential legal risk entirely onto me as the customer, which I found unacceptable.
When I declined to follow these practices, I was repeatedly encouraged to keep the dress “as a gift” and pay an additional $30 to receive another one. This raised serious doubts about the actual value of the product compared to the price I had already paid (£98), and reinforced the impression that the system is designed to discourage returns rather than resolve them properly. Even after clearly stating that I simply wanted a standard size exchange, no transparent or risk-free solution was provided.
My experience shows that if anything goes wrong — even a basic sizing issue — the customer is left facing additional costs, unsafe procedures, and legally questionable instructions. This is not a risk I would take again, and it is something others should be fully aware of before ordering.

On their website, they start the details about their return policy saying that you can email them in maximum 7 DAYS to start a refund, they will give you an address, etc.
Only towards the end of the policy they state it will be as an e-gift card for their website!!!!! Never ever was I in a position to not be able to get my money back for something I ordered online and do not like how it fits when I receive it.

I placed an order for a dress on December 12th. Despite their website stating a 7-business-day shipping timeframe, the item remained unshipped by the end of the month.
The dress was specifically intended for a New Year's Eve event. When it became apparent the original order would not arrive in time, the company offered alternatives. However, these suggestions bore no resemblance to my initial purchase.
Given the significant delay—nearly a month—and the unsuitability of the proposed alternatives, I requested a cancellation and full refund. My request was initially met with resistance, with the company attempting to dissuade me from cancelling, even though the dress would no longer serve its original purpose. They offered discounts instead of processing the requested refund.
Following a series of exchanges, the company eventually agreed to a refund, but controversially stated that I would incur a 'cancellation fee.' This fee was imposed despite their failure to adhere to their stated shipping policy.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this brand. Their handling of this order exemplifies a deeply unsatisfactory customer journey.

I have ordered a dress 2 months ago but have not received it yet. The tracking ID for delivery says “failed attempt” for the last few weeks although no attempt was made (I have cctv to prove this). I have asked for a refund 3 times but my request for one has not been addressed. Instead their replies are generic and along the lines of “we aim to deliver your product asap”.
Miss rosier runs a negligent, highly unprofessional service. You can see in their replies on here that they fail to take ownership of their mistakes, and fail to meet the needs of their paying customers. They deflect & avoid. Much like in their email responses when you query your order. Weirdly, they don’t have a telephone number for customer services. It leaves you wondering if miss rosier is a scam, or a really badly run company, unfit for practice, or if they warrant criminal investigation. Their website looks professional, and their Instagram page is well run, making it look legitimate. Unfortunately, that’s how many of us have fallen into this dreadful trap. The customer service is shocking.
It’s quite revealing that they have such a poor trust pilot score. With 1 star reviews making up more than 60%. Please check the reviews before you order from here as I’m not the only one with this type of issue.

Extremely poor fabric quality. The material is completely different from what was advertised — cheap, thin, and unpleasant to the touch. There are numerous manufacturing defects, including loose and hanging threads everywhere.
The return process is unbelievably difficult and frustrating, and on top of that, the customer is forced to pay for the return shipping.
This is hands down one of the worst quality products I have ever received. Absolutely not worth the money in any way. I do not recommend this brand at all — never, ever. The overall experience is so bad that they should not be allowed to continue operating like this.
