Stellar Customer Service

I ordered two third-party products from OneOfZero, and unfortunately had QC issues with both items. This was no fault of their own, as they are a reseller of these particular products, and not the manufacturer. Considering that, I didn't expect much, if anything, in terms of recourse.

I contacted OneOfZero via email, unsure if I would even get a response, which I quickly did! They were very helpful and understanding, always replying to my emails in around a business day or less.

After OneOfZero confirmed the issues with the products, they were able to offer a resolution that turned my sour experience with the products into a very positive experience with them. OneOfZero made me feel like a valued customer, despite it being my first order with them, and I truly appreciate it.

Afterwards, I ordered a OneOfZero brand mousepad and it too exceeded my expectations--just like the company itself. I'm very happy to support a company like OneOfZero, offering quality items alongside quality customer service.

OneOfZero definitely earned my recurring business, and I look forward to seeing their new products in the future.

Excellent Customer Service

So I want to preface this by saying, I will very rarely give somewhere a 5 star rating.

I ordered a Keychron Q6 Max Keyboard in Nov of 2024. I was contacted shortly after by Ethan to let me know that there was actually an error with the orders and that mine was actually backordered from the supplier. He gave me the option to either wait for new stock, or be refunded. I chose to wait, as I was not in a rush at all. A few weeks later, the keyboard shipped (with a bonus gift for waiting) and all was well.

Fast forward to 2-3 weeks ago when I start experiencing issues with the keyboard. Upon doing some investigation, I realize that Keychron has acknowledged a manufacturer defect with the Q6 Max keyboards which lined up perfectly with what I was experiencing. I contacted OneofZero again to see if I had any recourse, almost 12 months later.

Ethan responded quickly, and advised if I could send a video of the issue, he'd work on getting it resolved for me. I took a video, sent it over, and they're shipping out a new keyboard for me today.

It's very rare to get customer service that communicates so exceptionally, and stands by the product that they sell their customers. I would recommend people shop here with confidence.

AMAZING staff

Could not say enough good things about the staff. Ethan and Manuel were easily the highlight of my day. From placing the order to picking it up, they were so helpful and personable. They’re the embodiment of amazing customer service! Ethan single-handedly made my day by consistently going above and beyond!

Recently, my Keychron Q3 needed warranty due to double typing, and Ethan helped me expedite a replacement.

not thrilled

i bought a keyboard and switches as a gift for someone. when they arrived both product boxes were so raggedy and dinged up. the cardboard was ripped at the seal and the corners were banged up. it honestly looks really bad and i feel awful giving this as a gift.

i'm conflicted because on one hand, what can you do, "it's just a box" and on the other hand, it doesn't seem right that i paid for something expensive and the box looks trashed.

this was not because of fedex, btw. like most keyboards, this one also came wrapped in a plastic bag, so it was clearly packed like that.

i was excited to shop from oneofzero, but probably won't order from them again tbh. idk... just wasn't a great experience.

Great service and products
