I was able to get a refund on the hat that I purchased. Unfortunately, it did not fit me but it looked great. I appreciated their support and service during the process.

The hat arrived in great condition, but it was a little large. I considered exchanging it, but it came with adhesive felt pads that help to snug it up. Fit is pretty good now.
