Need to Improve and respect old customers

These days the experience with Sahivalue is a bit bitter in terms of customer handling and replying responses. The goods also are not checked properly for authenticity or categorized accordingly. Very casual approaches from the team members, as seeing lots of new faces and lack competence and experience. I also no observing any actions of feedback for correction or rectification. I am sure the business is good so one person voice doesn't matter much. Hope this reaches to the right eyes and ears to see some improvements, but truly this has overshadowed my previous good review of this company. Thanks and Stay Blessed
