This should be a zero star rating

This should be a zero star rating, but TP only allows 1.
I didnt ask for the service and when I asked to cancel was told the 24 hour period had expired. I'm writing this review 3 hours before the actual time.
Unhelpful customer service - just "computer says" reply from Jay. Don't waste money with these people and be careful not to use a site where they are involved.

Seel is the real Deal

Well Seel is the real deal. i had a package delivered to the wrong address and I had to contact the delivery company to investigate once they've concluded, I was directed to the shipper and they directed me to Seel, A protection i added with my purchase. I Provided them with details of emailed photos for evidence of the delivery company at fault and the shipper company apologizing and directing me to Seel to file for a refund. In Conclusion I was Refunded.

Easy, No Worries :-)

I purchased a hat and used the Seel return optional service. The hat arrived but was too small, so I returned it, which was a straight-forward process, with no hassles, or worries.

I highly recommend using the Seel option when purchasing clothing, if the service is available.

I ordered dresses through Wallis-…

My wife ordered dresses through Wallis- £21.64 was added onto my bill by Seel for no worry returns no matter the reason including not fitting which you only see after placing your order.

I received my dresses but they didnt fit but I had problems using Wallis' return portal so I contacted Seel, I was then informed I could only get a refund if my parcel was lost or damaged. I was told that even though I paid £21.64 for this "Insurance" the dresses I ordered didn't fall into the worry free returns no matter the reason. This is false and misleading selling - they give you 24 hours to cancel but do not tell you that only certain parts of their policy cover your items. Disgusting.

It takes a whole month to get any…

It takes a whole month to get any resolution. even if you have the documentation to prove the issue, you still have to wait a month.

A refund requires a paypal or venmo account, as the direct deposit(ACH) fails. they will not refund you to your original payment method or cut a check to be mailed.

I ordered 2 x sets of stools but only 1…

I ordered 2 x sets of stools but only 1 set was received. I informed Seel of this and was asked to complete a refund form for the missing item. This was quickly looked into and authorised and the refund was processed the following day. Amazing customer service throughout!

Refund competely

As of right now I can not track my backage at all. When I try to go to the site provided under the tracking numbers I see web error. I know my internet system and I know its not on my side. Since I've ordered its been one thing after another. I order the same product from amazon and it arrived already.... sad when a company in the US get beat by amazon. At this point I just want a full refund of the products I ordered. I will order from someone I trust.

Horrible - Customer Service Is A Nightmare

Sent me a bike that had a bent wheel. Had to send my e-bike battery back to company for them to ship a new bike as they could not replace the wheel. Then they decided not to send a new bike and only give me a portion of a refund. I have a e-bike that has a bent wheel and no battery to use. Cannot even ride it and they will not make right
