Horrible experience- the item that came…

Horrible experience- the item that came was completely wrong and different from item I believed I was purchasing when I contacted customer support they ignored submitted photos and insisted they only sell NEW and Authentic items despite photos of altered tags that clearly have been sewn on. This matter is still under investigation for fraud via my credit card company-beware no support for customers or honesty about goods and services

First order

First order, good communication with customer service, friendly and helpful and quick delivery of the parcel. One tip: wrap the item a bit more delicate and not in a plain plastic bag in the box. I have paid a lot of money so this looked a bit disappointing. But overall very satisfied.

The do not want to process the return

It is the first time that we tried to order a luxury Jacket from thebs.com and the experience so far was very bad! We received the winter jacket squized into a very small package, wrong item has been sent to us and missing all necessary accessories that the manufacturer usually ship with this product. We immediatelly tried to contact support, reported everything and asked for a return label. 1 week and so far no response, no label, we cannot return our Jacket, order # 856826!

The box came damaged and

The box came damaged and, the hoodie I ordered just came wrapped in paper, no boxes or packaging and had dust on it. Not accepted for spending over $400. And the box that it came in was completely beat up

Correct information of order, delivery and tracking. Solid packing.
I would expect more detailed information of product, size, colour.
e.g. I have some of Brunello Cuccinelli items in 37 and 37,5 - shoes fit differently depend on model.
