There is no customer service. We have emailed them 4 times and received no response. The phone number is always busy, either it is disconnected or off the hook. The ironman helmet first took forever to come and did make it before Christmas. Second, it came damaged with the material under the right eye is separated and you can see where the front rubbed the box. I have sent pictures along with rating them on their website. No on answers to any of my emails or ratings. Terrible service.

They don't answer their phone, or emails and after two weeks, no confirmation email, no tracking, and my order cannot be found, but yet they charged my card on the day of purchase... Tried to call and it says the customer is unavailable... It's a California phone number but a New Mexico address according to Google.

I bought the Iron Man Helmet from them . Totally worth the price , the voice controls are amazing and it really feels like real Iron Man Mask

DON'T ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY HELD FOR TOO LONG BEFORE THEY SEND YOU SOMETHING OTHER THAN WHAT YOU PURCHASED THEN TRY TO CONVINCE YOU TO ACCEPT $10 REFUND. THEN THEY'LL BE STALLING ABD WAIT A MONTH BEFORE GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST!

Scammers. Even the tracking number you might be sent is a scam.
They use 17track.net which has horrible reviews on this site.
