i spent 4 days doing a video for my fathers 94th birthday. After completing it and on the day I was to play it for the entire family....I tried to save and export it. The program glitched and I lost everything. It ruined my fathers birthday. This program is a joke! It constantly freezes and is a pathetic piece of ****. Don't waste precious time or money. In short.....it sucks!

UPDATE (Feb 4, 2026): Since Video Express AI (Strontium Corp) has failed to provide a valid 23-digit ARN number for my refund of $161.10 (Invoice #I-415004), I have officially filed a Financial Dispute/Chargeback with my bank, State Bank of India (SBI).

Official SBI Case Number: 895453393

The bank is now investigating this transaction as a "Payment Gateway Dispute." The company's refusal to provide trackable proof of refund is unacceptable. I have provided all email evidence and fake screenshots to the bank's legal department.

I will not remove this review until the money is credited back to my account or a legitimate ARN is provided. New customers, please stay away from this service if you don't want your money stuck for weeks!

Every one of my reviews, I start with this: I am a big reviewer of products and services - especially in a world of anything and everything. I always refer to reviews to help me decide on whether something is worth getting. The following are my rules to reviews:

3. Met the expectations that I perceived to make me want to buy. The SPECIFIC function. And this function must be working properly at the point of purchase, if it is a software or product - and not filled with errors and bugs.
4. I review both product and experience - not one or the other, because a purchase requires everything.
5. The following are the points I give:
1 - Ease of purchase experience. 2. Main product, general 3. Specific function that made me buy the product 4. Customer service and their communication 5. Keeping promises (like 30 Day refunds)

Review: Videoexpress.ai
I like it alot, and I have not been using it much, but I will soon. I may consider upgrading it. Basic, straightforward - it gives you what it promises; so far no glitches or bugs that I am aware of.
It states that usage is unlimited, but please be aware that you can convert only 5 images to video at a time.

Recommend? Yes, for the one time fee - it is good. For monthly? Debatable.

I have also reviewed their other two products: Artistly and TalkingPhotos - look for those for the other two (bundled them together because they come from the same team/people).

Oh!! This product is great but the company is greater. The AI tool produces quality output with minimalistic prompt. This AI tool is realist looking with heavy updates poured out every week. I am also impressed with the customer services as they are prompt and eager to solve any inquiries that I have raised.

I never thought of myself as an artist but after learning and using Video Express I can now find my artistic expression. The tutorials and the FB group are there to help with any questions or issues with learning the program. VideoExpress is a significant leap in content creation

We purchased and tired the model. there was some glitch we contacted support and resolution was very swift. Highly appreciate the service. Kindly keep pace with nano banana and try to match or beat its quality, then I hope you will be in the ai race.

I paid, but never received anything.

I purchased the Videoexpress.ai offer, and although my payment went through, I never received any access, no login details, and no confirmation email.
I contacted their support several times, but I have received no reply at all.

As of today, I still have no access to the service I paid for and no communication from their team.

I am requesting an immediate resolution, either by activating my account or issuing a full refund.

I will update my review if the situation is resolved.

I have to say I am very impressed with the functionality of Videoexpress. There's a lot to it, and it does take a little while to figure it all out, but that is because it is so feature-packed and not because it is particularly complicated. I have found the results to be superb and totally comparable to the results I've been getting use top flight tools at huge expense. It is also great that it integrates with their other tools such as CloneVoice and Artistly. Lastly, I have to mention support. Excellent service and responsive too, so top marks there. I do have other video editing tools that I've been using for years, but VideoExpress adds a level of AI video generation that far surpasses what these other tools offer, by a wide margin.

It's very worthy for the price I have payed. Most of the times it follows prompts. But sometimes it has difficulty to generate human expressions. Some times create videos with unwanted talking activity when instructed to a video without someone talking. It has some difficulty with transitioning between scenes as well. But most of time it gives sharp and very detailed videos. I think they will improve some of bugs. I didn't try the video editor. I bought this only for AI video generation. Overall, it's very worthy of buying because it's only one time price.

Great customer service and support

I had some challenges getting started with VideoExpress, but their team reached out to me directly and offered exceptional customer support. They took the time to help me one-on-one and made sure I felt heard and supported. I really appreciate the effort they put into making things right. Thank you for the positive experience.

I took the software access with the intention of making 4-5min long videos. But the system only allows you to create 8 seconds of videos. It was not mentioned anywhere. their ads are so misleading that make people to believe that you can make full length video there with proper prompt. But thats not the case, for a 5min video, I will have to create 50-60 clips of 8 second and merge them to make one video. There is no saying that all the video clips will sync in together.

Also, i purchased $149 package which was supposed to cover all add ons. But NO, they make you write reviews about them everywhere to give you access to full system. Thats why all of their trust pilot and social media posts are full of these fake reviews so that people can just get those add ons. Not because those actually work or what.

Seeing this, I decided to cancel right away within 2hrs of purchase. As instructed, I emailed the support for that. They came back to me within a few hour with partial refund option and another software promotion which I did not want at all. I declined the offer and asked for the refund. Then they vanished completely for 3days. Then I emailed them that I will report back to card company about this fraudulent sales and will post about the experience everywhere, then they got back to me right away and canceled the subscription. Such a horrible money grabbing company to deal with. You get what you pay for, cheap money cheap support cheap product

They use clickbait tactics across their platforms. i just bought clonevoice which promised integrations as a bonus for the higher tier, now I am being told i have to pay 100 for their elite upgrade. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS

Not even one star is desereved here it seems as if the owner of video express has a problem with me I turn down their offer of using their software for free if I remove the first review I had posted here and I have repurchased their software and paid the full amount and things are even worst they are now illegally fraudulently denying my access to enter the software with my own password and every time I try to enter the software I am denied access ,I just ask for a refund and they have not offered to provide one yet .Owner of video express I know you'll see this review a you are aware of what you and the team are doing please refund my money.It seems as if they're trying to get back at me for exposing the software for not been accurate as they claim.

Used the app for 5 days but wasn't for me and got a refund, which was done all in good time

I have purchased 3 of this Company's modules: Artistly, Video Express and Human Talk. I purchased Video Express for one reason only: The ability to generate 5 video clips at once. This is the same number of clips you are allowed to generate simultaneously buy such Sites as Hailou and Kling etc. I was very happy for the first 3 weeks as My normal output for a video is 50 to 60 clips and I was able to complete the entire task in less than half an hour. Then This!! "Please wait until your existing videos are generated before creating more videos. This is to ensure all your videos are generated as quickly as possible. Or use the new v2 Create from Prompt, Stylize Character, and Consistent Character features, which do not have any such limits." Suddenly I am restricted to generating only 2 video clips at a time! The same exercise that used to take less than half an hour now takes up to 3 hours. In busy times for the server, it takes even longer. I feel that throttling me like this is unethical, as I purchased the software only for the ability to generate 5 clips at a time. This is like "bait and switch" and may even be illegal! I have spent over $600 Cdn on this Company's Software and this is what they do! I have been scammed!!

The software itself wasn’t the right fit for my needs — I found its capabilities a bit limiting for what I was looking to do. That said, I can see how it would be a good solution for many people with different requirements.

What really stood out to me, however, was the company’s handling of my cancellation. Since I requested a refund within 30 days of signing up, they processed it exceptionally quickly. I truly applaud their business practice and ethics in this regard. It left me with a very positive impression of the company, even though the product itself wasn’t the best match for me.
