Product not delivered and no refund

I.ordered a product on Jan 2nd 2026 and still have not received it. I have not received an answer from them when I contacted them twice either. I have asked for a refund, but my request has remained unanswered. This is unacceptable.

I ordered a hair tool from this company…

I ordered a hair tool from this company through Instagram. It arrived over a month later, and it's only compatible with European electrical outlets (I'm in Canada). There is a supposed 30-day money back guarantee. I've tried to contact the company 10 times- i get an auto response saying they will respond in 24 hours and never do, even 2 months later. I'm now disputing the charge through visa. Buyer beware!

Order never received

Live in Ireland and ordered from Wavy in November. Am yet to receive the product which was supposed to be a Christmas present for my friend. Had to get her something else. Have emailed Wavy and no response. I would suggest this is a scam website. They'll take your money and you'll never get what you ordered. Absolute disgrace.

No Communication, No Delivery, and No Refund

I ordered a Wavy Pro Waver from Wavy Amsterdam on December 5 and more than a month later I have still not received any shipping confirmation or updates. I have reached out multiple times through email and DMs and have not received a single reply.

Due to the complete lack of communication and transparency, I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund. Even after that, I still have had no response at all.

At this point, my experience with Wavy Amsterdam has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Total scam!

If it were possible to give zero stars…

If it were possible to give zero stars — or even a score below zero — it would still be too generous compared to the utter ineptitude this company has shown. Customer service is absolutely nonexistent. No replies to emails. Endless follow-ups on my part just to get basic information about the shipment which, now, after a month, might finally be on its way… though at this point I’ve lost all hope. Completely unreliable. I no longer expect anything from them.

I placed the order after seeing an Instagram ad — something I rarely do, precisely because I know that anyone and everyone can advertise their products there (and in this case at a price that was anything but competitive). This whole episode reminded me why I never buy from sellers like this, and this rip-off will serve as a lesson for the one time I gave in to temptation. Long live good old reliable Amazon.

Wavy Amsterdam is a scam

Their mermaid waver is a badly made product that burnt my hair. After a number of emails demanding an address to return the product for a refund, they finally send me one
I send the product back to them costing £15 postage and they failed to collect the product and it’s been sent back to me.
This company is a total total total scam
Their product was shocking, their customer service is non existent and their refund policy a scam.

I ordered 2 items in October. Nothing has arrived. Emailed several times, same stock reply “hi thanks for reaching out to us blah blah blah. I wouldn’t give them any stars at all. Scam. More fool me for not checking first. These were gifts (meant to be) spent over £120. Mug. So angry.
