On 14.06.2025 I bought 3 tickets at AIR CALIN FOR FLIGHT SB630 from NADI to PAPEETE for 28.04.2026 and I paid the amount of 1215 euros, for all of them.
On 20.08.2025 I received an e-mail from AIR CALIN informing me that the flight was canceled and to fill out the refund forms, which I did immediately. For 2 months I sent e-mails to AIR CALIN, because the money was not refunded, but each time I was told to be patient.
On 20.10.2025 WHAT TO SEE? BIG SURPRISE!!! I received the amount of 800 euros in my bank account, that is, I was refunded the money only for 2 tickets and not 3, AIR CALIN illegally withholding the amount of 415 euros.
I sent several emails, but AIR CALIN never replied.
So, if you don't know an airline that steals customers' money and cheats them, I'll tell you, it's AIR CALIN.

Of course, the crisis touched everyone and I can understand that it's hard for airline companies. But it's hard for everyone. When you are stranded in a foreign country without a job, you could use the money from the ticket canceled. But not with air calin. They don't care about your situation. To sum up, they took your money, they don't give you anything and they don't want to give your money back. So they are stealing you during a humanitarian crisis. The solutions proposed are just absurd and do not take into account the reality of the situation.

This small airline is operating from Noumea (New Caledonia-South Pacific -and has a limited number of aircrafts (5) . cabines have been renovated, staff is usually nice. Good web site with the best offers, but sometimes you get beter prices on GO VOYAGES or other internet travel web sites. Relationship with Air France (code share flights) not always good which results in problems for passengers..
