Cannot fault the service

Made two claims for my sofa and each experience has been fantastic. I made the recent claim and someone came within days. The communication was great. Got a text he night before with the time. Gentleman who came arrived exactly on time and dealt with the issue straight away. There is absolutely no evidence of any damage now.

Very clean and tidy workmanship.

Engineer arrived on time, wore protective shoe covers, placed a sheet on the floor was very thorough in checking the equipment. Corrected the problem straightaway, left everything clean and tidy. Engineer was very pleasant.

The problem was a very simple one but took over an hour

The problem was a very simple one, a power supply was not installed, simple! Provide the missing part. The process that was followed was horrendous. The repair guy took many photographs, made many, many measurements even though he was told that the furniture was not staying in the layout it was in. The simple plugging in and connecting a power supply took over an hour due to a lot of time spent spent filling in stuff on the phone. What is the point of taking photographs and measurements when the problem is so simple that it could have taken 15 minutes in all.

We are very pleased with the service we received. From putting our claim in to Carl arriving and sorting my chair out, we have no complaints at all. Kept us "in the loop" with communication, when he would arrive to completing the repair.

Really helpful and efficient

Really helpful and efficient. Fitted the feet on our Next sofa after the delivery drivers dropped it off and disappeared. The holes weren't pre drilled and the feet didn't appear to fit but the man who came out had all the right tools and soon sorted it out.
