Shoes never arrived

Shoes never arrived. Rang Clarks who said they were lost in transit, then said they were not in stock. But they took my money alongside an incorrect delivery fee of 5.95 which customer service initially claimed was correct.

I dont think they ever sent any out of stock boots, backed up by other reviewers experiences.

I received an email saying I would be refunded in 5 working days. Four days later I receive an email thanking me for returning the boots I never received. Also telling me I would be refunded in 14 days, so 19 days in total.

Sort yourselves out please. One hand doesnt know what the other is doing.

Ordered 2 pairs boots which did not arrive (probably courier fault?) called Clarks Outlet, after 2 weeks they sent another 2 pairs, I returned 1 pair as the quality was very poor. Then the problems started, numerous calls, had to chase and chase to get my money back, they finally said would d refund me but had to wait up to 10 days, from initial order to refurned took 2 months. Appalling customer service/customer care, and Clarks really not the quality they once were, will not buy from them again.

Like many other customers my shoes never arrived
Customer service was pointless would not arrange a re delivery but only a refund in approx 14 days.
Shoes was returned to supplier by RoyalMail who could not identify a school that has been there for around a 100 years, but this order was shipped by 2 couriers & the second item a pair of laces was delivered by Evri.
Clarkes you need to look at the level of service you are offering it appears you are got interested in solving the problem but only to refund even through we had contacted you more then 3 times to advise that we required the shoes & not a refund. We might as well have spoken to a brick wall . Let’s hope the refund arrives as the shoes never

Returns issue

Returns issue. I ordered x3 pairs of shoes for my daughters senior dance, all too big and need to be returned. However my nearest Evri drop off point is over 2 hours drive away (one way). So I have no choice but to return the goods via Royal Mail and pay the cost. If I had known that, I wouldn't have ordered through Clarks. Clarks need to let customers know the return service does not cover all UK addresses.

When will companies learn to stop using…

When will companies learn to stop using Evri. Twice now I've ordered goods only for them never to arrive. Yes I was refunded but that's not the point. I wanted the items that's why I ordered them in the first place. Sorry but I won't be ordering anything else until they ditch Evri.

Paid about £80, no receive shoes

It's horrible,I ordered shoes from Clarksoutlet website before Black Friday,there was good deal plus extra25% off,I ordered two shoes spend nearly £80. After more than a week , still not received it, then I use the tracking number,it showed that had been delivered just after 2/3days I made order.
Serious contact clarks outlet asked for proof when it handed to customer photo, they send me tracking history page.Call Clarks outlet customer phone number, over an hour , no one answer the phone, does it mean I spend about £80 for nothing I get.

Avoid don’t waste your time and money

Bought 2 pair of shoes and it’s been nothing but problems. Took my money but never received my items. They didn’t bother sending any of of my daughter school shoes!!!
Customer service was good and Jayden was helpful. Thank you ☺️
But I would not recommend buying off this outlet shop. I wished I looked at the reviews before I purchased anything!!! You should be shamed of yourself Clarks!!!

Customer Service were unhelpful

Customer Service were unhelpful. I bought a pair of shoes that Evri did not deliver (they ended up returning them, instead of attempting the delivery). I appreciate that is Evri's fault, but I asked to get either a new pair, or a discount code to buy the new pair myself with the same price that I originally got (when I bought them there was an offer that is no longer available). Not only did they not provide this, the responses felt like there was not even a real acknowledgement of what the problem was. I have to say Evri were a lot better following up, even if in the end they messed up. I now have a gift card for the value of the shoes, but as I have to pay quite a lot more to get them than what I originally paid, I am not tempted at all. I feel quite let down by the whole experience.

Disgusting customer service

I’m calling them today as I’m at the evri drop off to print the label and they haven’t sent the QR code so that I can print it, I’ve tried to call 3 times and been cut off on the 27th minute 3 times - I’ll never order from Clark’s online again I’m really really appalled and frustrated that I’ll have to take my return back home with me - a costly and wasted trip!!!

Hamble Oak Black Patent.
Please do not waste your money! I have been wearing this specific model for years and know it very well — I still have an older pair which I continue to wear, even though they are now quite worn.
The model you see in the pictures is not the one you will receive.
In addition, one of the shoes I have received appears to be defective, with the sole uneven and clearly not manufactured to standard.
They have downgraded the quality standard to a shocking low level (this was my second chance in two months that I had given them).
Have a look around as there are better options for this model, do not keep trusting Clark’s.

P.s. customer service absolutely useless as they want to me to go to a store to asses the uneven sole. Don’t have time for that (there is a reason why I bought online…). Therefore, no refund for me.
Quite a disgraceful experience. Lesson learnt.

Poor customer service

Clarks did not deliver all the items in my parcel. I had ordered some trainers and they did not get delivered but they won't send them again, just refund me, which means I have to pay for postage again and I will lose out on the discount that I had. This is really poor. There should be an option to send the item out again. Really disappointing and puts me off using Clarks

great customer service, above and beyond

Called the shop for a particular shoes and requested to be kept for my child. Managed to buy it after. The store manager (Marita) and her assistant (Catherine) at Clarks O2 outlet shopping are very kind & helpful, their customer service is worth 5*. Thank you

Customer service what customer service!

Customer service what customer service!!, no response from contact form and continuous on hold until cut off on telephone. Trying to return, but I do not have an Evri drop off and no option to to get a Royal Mail label, will happily pay the £2.95 just to return these unusable shoes

Crown wish kid school shoes

I bought my Grandaughter a pair of shoes Crown wish kid for her return to school 2/9/25
The shoes looked very good and sturdy up until after barely 1 month of wear the velcro would not stick down
I contacted Clarks online to explain my disappointment as not up to usual standard.I also sent images of the faulty shoes
The lady from customer service was most helpful and I received a full refund within a few days
I have purchased a different pair for my Grandaughter with actual buckles instead of velcro

Do not buy from here if you want easy returns

Child shoes were awful quality. So shallow, they don't even come up to the ankle! And if you need an orthotic, forget this shop, anywhere is better than here. And when it comes to a return, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with, even online platforms like shein and aliexpress have a much smoother refund process. Currently it's 7th October, I returned the shoes via evri on 29th September. At this time I have no shoes and clarks still have my money, not even close to sending my funds as the evri tracking started and stopped on the day of return. I have spoken to customer care who said I have to wait 14 days, but the email sent to me says 7 business days. Which have now passed and nothing is happening. A despicable company which used to be something Britain could be proud of. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Unprofessional attitude from the customer service

No one picked calls after I discovered I was over charged for my order. I didn't order for express delivery but the system automatically switched to express delivery for my order. I was highly disappointed that no customer service representative was available to pick calls for 1 hour. The management need to look into this unprofessional attitude. Calls to the stores were helpful, but there was nothing anyone could do from the stores.

To shop or not to shop, that is the Question.

Received a £10 voucher to shop online for an over £50 spend. Was going to visit store and in hindsight would’ve been easier. Bought 2 pairs of shoes at £70 each for my son starting College, with intention of returning one pair for sizing. Discount applied, however, upon return of 2nd pair.. I was credited only half the discount amount...therefore did not receive the vouchers full value so pointless encouraging me to shop online. In store doesn’t have much variety and they encourage you to shop online too…I think it’s time to shop elsewhere now.

Miles better than expected

Having read the reviews on here I was reluctant but decided to give it a go! Perhaps as I was ordering sandals not school shoes that made a difference. But I got an absolute bargain, shoes arrived really quickly and they’re brilliant. Would 100% order from here again.

Really poor customer experience

Really poor customer experience. Placed order for school shoes and received cancellation for one pair after a few days (despite fact that same pair was still showing as available on website). Tried calling customer service and waited on phone for over 40mins before being cut-off. Have sent multiple emails and no response. Eventually got through on phone and customer service agent couldn't have cared less (classic - computer says 'no' response). Told me they would have to email someone to escalate but couldn't confirm if or when would get a reply. 2nd pair wasn't delivered on time so I had to order alternative pair from elsewhere. Clarks refused to cancel my existing order even though it was late. Shocking experience - would advise to shop elsewhere
