Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the user experience, describing the setup as easy and straightforward. Many appreciate the convenience of using eSIMs, especially when traveling, highlighting that they eliminate the need for physical SIM cards and roaming charges. People also report that the prices are competitive, making it a valuable option. However, experiences with the service and product appear to vary. While some consumers report seamless connectivity and excellent coverage across multiple countries, others have faced issues such as dropped signals, slow data speeds, and difficulties with initial installation or activation. Location also seems to be a factor, with some users experiencing poor reception in certain areas.

Do not use Nomad! Terrible customer seevice, Hiding behind T&Cs!

Terrible customer service! After using Nomad for many years, they let a plan I purchased expire because I could not install 2 similar plans simultaneously and refused to re-issue an activation code. A global plan for $150 was offered a compensation of $3 on goodwill. Pls
Do not ever use this service.

Relatively easy to use.

Takes a little bit of time to know how it works. It was tricky to find all items to install on my phone. My children helped me. Then it worked. All in all we were very happy to be able to use it.

Two Issues Worthy of Resolution

I have only two complaints concerning my experiences with Nomad. The first is that the remaining data availability is not in realtime. In order to know the accurate remaining amount, I have to restart my phone. The other is that discounts and sales don't apply to add-on data purchases.
