Have been waiting for my credit note for 3-weeks now! After so many emails and responses stating I would receive an email within 48hrs with my credit note number, sadly nothing received. This is because I opted for a credit note with extra 10% instead of refund, previously refund was quicker. Such a shame because the clothes are great, excellent material and love the styles. I just advise all to opt for full refund!!!

Items arrived incorrect or creased and refunds take FOREVER
It's really sad that Karen Millen are going down hill. Items arrived stuffed carelessly into bags far too small so garments are horrible creased, in one case a garment had been marked prior to arrival too (I knew it would be impossible to prove it arrived that why so I have had to get it dry cleaned before it was wearable). They also sent the wrong item for the second time (I guess the warehouse isn't well organised). And finally they take FOREVER to process returns so it can take weeks to get a refund - not really acceptable when their competitors are so much quicker and they charge a hefty return fee.

I returned an item and opted for the gift card, over a month and 17, yes 17 messages, an ignored formal complaint I’ve still not had my money, I give up now and will never shop with them or Debenhams again ☹️

I would avoid at all costs, I should have read the reviews. They are only acknowledging the refund for 1 item, beyond shocking. All the negative remarks about refunds are completely true. I wish I had know this they are not getting a penny of me ever again.

Buyer beware. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Karen Millen. They have completely disregarded me as a customer and I have been left without a refund that is rightfully owed. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
The amount of time, energy, and stress this situation has caused goes far beyond what any customer should have to endure. I expected a far higher level of service from a brand of this reputation, but sadly that has not been the case. I would strongly urge others to think carefully before purchasing.
They are refusing to return my money
I have been begging Karen Millen to fix the issue with a gift card I have. They have lied to me about four times assuring me they will email me one and each time nothing. It's close to £50 they are holding of my money. I then received a message saying it's because they were acquired by Debenhams..
Why is that my issue? Why does an acquisition turn you into a thief?

This company has gone to the dogs & the shopping experience is now terrible.
On 21/11/25 I purchased an item & I didn’t get any information about the tracking until I followed it up with customer service yet my parcel was sitting at the delivery point for 9 days without knowing. In December, purchased a dress and got the wrong item, made a return for that item and it took more that 4 weeks to refund me back the money, yet they say 7-10 days. Bought another dress on 04/02/26, following the previous wrong item, but I didn’t get any tracking information until today. This is getting ridiculous, and the bad service is unacceptable!!!!!!

Lovely clothes but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Responses from my last encounter was slow, patronising and uninspiring. I’ll definitely be considering other options before returning to Karen Millen next time. Whoever this Nikki person is that’s done great work, put them in charge!

Ordering from Karen Millen is easy and delivery was quick. However, I purchased a heavily discounted (but still expensive) coat that arrived cheaply packaged and badly creased. The fabric never recovered and the coat was far too long, so I returned it.
Although the returns process itself is simple, the refund took over a month to be acknowledged and processed. During that time I had to chase customer service multiple times and eventually open a PayPal case to get my money back.
With so many online retailers offering better quality, fairer prices, and far better customer service, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

Do NOT and I repeat do NOT make the same mistakes that I have done with this company. 1. Do not purchase items with limited stock as you are likely to receive someone’s crumpled-up return item. There doesn’t seem to be any quality checking of the item prior to despatching it to the next customer.
2. Do NOT accidentally press the wrong option for refunding, as apparently you’re not allowed to change that (sorry but that is simply wrong not to allow the customer to change this). So if you press return to gift card - which I accidentally did - they won’t allow you to refund to original payment (which is what I wanted and needed especially given the cost of KM items). I do not want a gift card, I want my money back.
