Ordered a bed at the end of November and it still hasn't arrived via their courier Evri. They have made minimal effort to trace it, and haven't responded to email messages since December 8th. I won't be purchasing anything from them in the future.

Fairly happy with the services provided! Could be a more considerate but look favorabel upon our transaction :)

I purchased a couch for our new home a year ago. In less then a year but sides of the couch seats had dipped. I rang customer service to report this issue and they sent a guy out to look at the couch back in November who confirmed the couch was faulty and agreed to order and replace a new couch seat. I rang several times over the coming months to follow up on the couch seats and no one in customer service had an update for me. All the staff I spoke to in customer service promised to follow up on this and call me back and I am really disappointed to say not one staff member returned my calls. When I finally got through to another staff member I found out that they did not in fact order a replacement cushion and then promised to replace the part of the couch that had dipped. I have rang several time to try and find an update on this and have still not recived any. It is now the end of March and I still don't when I will get the replacement. Extremely disappointed with the couch and even more so with meaubles customer service.
Fab food, friendly staff. Lovely, bright, clean restaurant. Meet friends regularly for lunch/coffee and never felt rush to move on.Would highly recommended here to friends.
Purchased sofas last year. Delivered on time to home. They brought them in and set them up and took away the old ones. Great service.
Awful - I bought a table, not only it arrived in pieces but also the design of the table had a massive flaw and you cant tie the table feets to the top so it is unstable by design. Have contacted them and after numerous message they only offered a ridiculous discount vs a table that is expensive (>1k!). DO NOT BUY THERE
