I ordered one month ago. After that: complete silence.
I sent 10+ emails asking where my stuff is → ZERO replies.
But guess what? They had no problem spamming me every day with Black Friday ads while ignoring me.
Only when I opened a dispute with my bank and asked for a chargeback did they suddenly wake up, answer the bank (not me!), and ship the item.
Package finally arrived → wrong size.
Now I don’t even dare return it because I’m 100% sure these clowns will “lose” the return and keep my money.
No customer service, no communication, no shame.
If you value your money and your sanity, shop literally anywhere else.
Total scam operation. Reporting them everywhere I can. You’ve been warned!

I’ve ordered from Modivo many times over the years. The prices are excellent, the items are great for the whole family, shipping is fast, and tracking is always provided. I’ve never had issues with the products or the delivery process.

The only complication I faced was with a refund when paying upon delivery. When I returned the order and requested a refund, the process became a bit tricky — they said they didn’t have my IBAN, and it was difficult to reach customer service for clarification. However, after sharing my experience here, the refund was processed quickly.

Going forward, I’ll choose to pay by credit card, as I’ve never had any problems receiving refunds that way. The issue seems to be only with IBAN refunds, not with card payments.

Overall, great store — just be aware of the refund process if you’re using cash-on-delivery. However, for me it is all resolved now.

Customer service could be better. However, once they respond, it seems like they actually resolve the issue too.

I ordered, but Modivo cannot accept and process my order as I do not have an Italian mobile number :-)
After numerous emails about my (Dutch) phonenumber, Modivo decided to cancel my order and return my money within 3-5 workingdays. Fortunately I paid with my creditcard (secured) and I raise hell if I don't have my money back at the end of this week.
4 days later:
I got my money back and I ordered (and already received) the jeans at Zalando….even better price.
@Modivo: You should put this information (below) about phonenumbers and couriers on your website and don’t bother potential clients after ordering/paying!

Never place an order on the Modivo website. Scammers. They don't send the product and don't refund the money.

Hello, I am waiting for my package (order number: ITM000434998) to be delivered to me. Since yesterday when I refresh my Modivo Order page to see if there is any further update on the location of my package, the online response was: (No information about
the package
We have not found any package with this number in our system.
Please try again later or contact us.) WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have sent emails to them since 8 of November, still no reply from them.
This is my second time buying items and now I am very worried that Modivo indeed has no record of my items that I paid for on November 5th. Also, I have no way to track my package. Their customer support page is nothing to write home about. I could only chat with their visual assistant, so no real Human to chat with. Modivo! Where is the current location of my package, thank you. And I need valid tracking number.

Update: I just got my items today 11th November. I never got any reply from all the emails I sent to them. And the Error about MY PACKAGE NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM! still remains.
Now, I’m not sure I will be ordering for the third time.

I ordered a tracksuit, the price was amazing! The delivery was on time, and the customer service were really helpful. Won’t be my last order!
