The site is OK if you want to travel within Europe but it doesn't sell trips to Cuba as it is a vassal of the US, so I have started using Supersavertravel, which sells trips to everywhere. I would suggest moving momondo to Europe to be able to offer customers a full experience.

there were no hazbin hotel references and it really hurt my feelings i expected immediatly when i walked in the house it would start blasting losin' streak but it sadly did not i was sad and sobbed on the floor until dawn where i looked through the house and found no temu alastor plushies where i started shaking twerking sharting and sobbing on the ground until nightfall where i saw no porcelain sculpture of vox giving valentino backshoots in the freezer another blow to my heart i had sob and watch the end of season 2 episode 8 of helluva boss to let my feelings out i had this IM GONNA DIE im still sharting and sobbing i could not be sadder...

Jeg bookede via Momondo med KLM på baggrund af bestemte tider der fik mig bedst muligt til Nairobi.
De tider, der endte i bookingen hos Ticket.dk, var ekstremt dårlige anderledes med ETIHAD - overnatning i Abu Dhabi og sindssyg ud- og hjemrejse med natafgang kl. 01:45. Billetten er ubrugelig og jeg forsøgte i samme minut at jeg så fejlkøbet - var stensikker på at det var Momondo KLM tilbudet jeg betalte for (på mobilen hvilket måske var dumt af mig) at skrive til dem for at ændre tiderne og at jeg var blevet snydt. Derudover forsøgte jeg at stoppe bankoverførsel. Ticket.dk svarede iskoldt - jeg er færdig med at booke på Momondo som samarbejder med den slags scam-firmaer og vil hellere bestille direkte hos flyselskabet.

False advertising. Their prices do not match the actual prices of the flights they advertise.

I tried to leave a review about the bad experience I had with Budget Car Rental at YEG Airport, but it didn’t let me.

Fraudulent behaviour. I searched flights on Momondo and proceeded to book with an online website called cheapflightsfares.com featured on Momondo.
They charged me $7200 for business class LA to Australia return.
I noticed I didn't earn any points on the return leg so I called the airline directly and they advised me that the booking agent booked only 1-way with the airline for a fraction of the cost I was charged, and they used 'points' to buy the return leg, as points were used I wasn't eligible to earn points myself.
Momondo - never again. Cheapflightsfares.com absolute crooks and fraudsters.

I used to be a big fan of Momondo. However, something appears to have changed to the worse.
Most offers I find are not actually existing in the end.
Even if I tick the "airline websites only" column, I stil get quotes that the airlibe website knows nothing about.
Very disappointing.

All I can say is DON'T DO IT!! Booked a rental car to be picked up at noon. Arrived at rental location to be told that they were closed for 2 hours for lunch. Returned 2 hours later and the rental office does not have our reservation even though we received a confirmation number. The rental agent is being very helpful and kind, but we have been here 40 minutes now, still no car, and of course, the price, terms, and conditions are different. The website is total BS, shouldn't be allowed to do business.

As soon as you put all of your information into their system, the price literally doubles. They are just scammers selling your information.

I booked a Emirates return flight with Momondo from Birmingham to Harare and back. A day before returning to Birmingham he informed me that he have changed the Emirates airline to Qater airline. I asked him the reason he said there was a system glitch. I'm disappointed with such a reply because Emirates was operating as usual and was my choice for the flight.

They use some very shady businesses, such as Gotogate and Edreams. Gotogate charged a credit card fee when paying that wasn't shown anywhere prior (apparently that's not allowed on Momondo, but they still don't discourage this practice), and Edreams charged me for tickets that were fraudulent. I got a ticket confirmation, but after arriving to the airport found out the tickets have actually not issued and had to buy a new (expensive ticket) on-site. Took months to get this refunded via gredit card chargeback, edreams refused to help.
Don't use any of them, including Momondo.
Customer service has been unhelpful for all three. They take no accountability or responsibility.

I had no problem at all: I selected flights for 2 people to athens and tirana in momondo and the booking site booking com kept the same prices as the selection

I informed them and they don’t care.

Momondo have no vetting and let scam companies advertise flight prices that do not exist. I would never use Momondo again. Thought I had bought a flight with CheckNfly only to discover they had taken payment from my Amex card and came back to demand £800 more. Cancelled but have to wait 5 days for refund so no credit available. Do not use Momondo go direct to airlines.

Absolute scam. Shows "better deals" but will not let you click on them, probably would if you paid for the service first, but then you be stuck paying so many hidden costs. If I could give 0/10 I would

Momondo should be ashamed. They link to scammers. What a frightening experience and enormous waste of time. Do not trust anything you see on their platform.

I see what the business is and its a really good idea, but the sites i was tranfered to charged extra to what was said at Momondo.

My favorite website to book flights on. Done for 10+ years, great prices and nice UI :D

This company partners with scumbags who try to rip you off after you initiate a payment. JUSTAIRTICKET, an affiliate of momondo, called me back to confirm my flights telling me the price had changed. I asked them for a cancellation and refund. The agent called me childish and then told me I "needed to grow up" if I wanted a refund. I immediately stopped payment with my credit card company... THEY TRY TO KEEP YOU ON THE PHONE LONG ENOUGH FOR THE PAYMENT TO CLEAR! Boycott this company, leave a bad review on every site you can, tell your friends, and do not fall for this scam!
