i tried it you dont give you a free large pizza so you end up paying £30 for pizza when you can just by them for £12 at a kebab shop,
when you tell them weather be by email or phone they lie in your face saying its not in your order even though the invoice shows it should be.
how i resolved it. do a bank charge back with your bank, and say it was never received. your bank will do a charge back and they have to prove they sent it. i got my money back do not ever use pizza hut its over priced and not the same anymore
Unenjoyable visit to Southampton
Visited the Southampton branch yesterday and wish I hadn't bothered. The staff were rude and miserable, told us to sit down and order via app. No customer service or check back during meal. Had to divert staff attention from mobile phones to get out desert. I was sad that my local branch had closed, but if this was the service levels, no wonder they went into administration.

Ordered $60 worth of food. Everything was luke warm or cold! Pizza was gross and pasta was almost cold. Even though it was delivered in 25mins...its almost like it was ready 25mins before we got it and wasn't under heat lamps. Not worth the tip we gave! Pizza Hut for OVER. AN. HOUR...all the while doordashers were coming in for their pickups and were there for maybe 15 minutes. But that's not even the worst part.
My name was finally called at roughly 8:15, and I went up to the counter and was brought 1 small box. We then proceeded to be told that they ran out of heart shaped pizzas so they went ahead and took it off the charge and just gave us the bread sticks. We were furious. We waited this whole time with no notification that our order was changed, all while being less than prioritized in comparison to the door dashers.
Is it too much to ask for some simple courtesy that our pizza was unavailable? C'mon Pizza Hut, you used to be better than this.

Ordering online is terrible. Everything takes forever to load. The system never recognizes you and you never get points for what you order. I was eating here twice a week , but they're long wait times for loading , and the inability to recognize who I am , i'm going to domino's now.

I usually enjoy pizza hut
I usually enjoy pizza hut, i ordervqyute frequently. This time however, the breadstciks were tough to bite through, actually hurt my teeth trying, the pizzas were overcooked even though in the special instruction I asked for one to be slightly undercooked, and cinnamon sticks tasted undercooked with little to no actual cinnamon on them. I am very displeased and it makes me hesitant to order again

Wannabe social media influencer chaos
Ordered online at the Bangor Pizza Hut. Arrive to collect at the confirmed time. The store had “so-called” social media influencers interrupting service, tossing dough with young children near the ovens, while people waited for their orders. Several gave up and asked for refunds and the average delay was over 30minutes.
My biggest complaint was the total ignorance of the “wannabe influencers” who were pathetic and ignored the impact they were having on the staff trying to work to fill orders.

This review has been 3 years in the coming. I have had the worse order, delivery, customer service, management resolution and financial security issues with this place.
Twice I ordered from here and received completely different pizzas than what I ordered. I ordered and was charged for specialty pizzas and received basic one topping pizzas. When attempting to reach management, I was given to a shift supervisor who was so rude and basically told me that I could not be refunded, and he was limited in what he could do to satisfy my very valid, very relevant complaints. I finally got into contact with their GM and was compensated a few pizzas. At that point I appreciated any effort she put forth but I resolved that I would not order from this place again.
A year later, my daughter asked that I order my grandbabies a pizza from Pizza Hut. I told her that I didn’t order from there anymore but she insisted so I got on the phone and only realized that I was in trouble for giving the individual taking the order my card details in the middle of giving my numbers. I didn’t ask who I was speaking with because I knew this individual well. The reason for my panic was because he was known for stealing from anyone he came into contact with (to include criminal theft charges) and chronic drug use.
That night someone had used my card online to make an almost $250 purchase at Walmart.com. The only unsecured transaction that was different was my pizza purchase with this business.
At first, the GM denied her employees guilt, and stood behind him until I told her how I knew him and told her how he made me aware that she knew of his drug use and used pizza huts inventory to do whatever benefited them personally. I told her that if he was guilty of using my card that I was going after her also. Then she changed her story and said she would do all that she could to get to the bottom of it. After we spoke; she immediately got ahold of her employee and let him know what I was accusing him of. He then proceeded to try to contact me. Nothing was ever done by this GM in the matter.
Just 2 days ago my daughter asked me again to order from Pizza Hut saying it was her favorite pizza and could I just order it.
She received her pizza without ANY PIZZA SAUCE on the pizza whatsoever!! It was dinner for her daughters. By the time they brought the corrected order, it was hours since she placed the order and her babies were already in bed. The next day I called and got some other manager/ assistant manager maybe who was very short saying she would talk to the boss but couldn’t promise me anything. I NEVER DID GET A CALL FROM ANY FORM OF MANAGEMENT.
This is a pathetic business and EVERYONE in it seems to be loyal to each other in such a way that they all lie for and defend each other. 😡😵💫👎🏽
Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. This was not just bad food — it was burnt, misleading, and handled with total contempt by Pizza Hut.
I ordered three pizzas (Cheesy Bites, Hawaiian, and Margherita) and the moment they arrived it was obvious they were completely unacceptable. The Cheesy Bites were burnt black in places, dry, unseasoned, and — unbelievably — most of them contained no cheese at all. Just empty, burnt dough. Calling these “Cheesy Bites” is outright misleading.
The Hawaiian pizza had a laughable amount of cheese and was also burnt. The Margherita was burnt as well. This was not “slightly overdone” or “burnt at the edges” — it was inedible. Hands down the nastiest Pizza Hut I have ever had, and honestly one of the worst takeaway meals I’ve ever been served.
I contacted the store immediately and clearly rejected the food. I asked for a refund and said they were welcome to collect the pizzas. I was told they would not refund me, only remake and redeliver — which would take over an hour — despite the fact that I had a hungry child waiting to be fed. When I refused this and again asked for a refund, I was told I must contact Pizza Hut customer services instead.
What followed was days of being messed around: endless emails, repeated requests for photos (which I provided), delays, excuses, and then — unbelievably — being told that the manager claims there was “nothing wrong” with the pizzas. That is simply untrue and frankly insulting. To top it off, I was offered £5 off a future order, as if I would ever order from this place again.
Burnt food. No accountability. Dismissive customer service. Being made to feel like I was lying despite clear evidence.
This experience has completely put me off Pizza Hut. If you’re thinking of ordering from this branch — don’t. Save yourself the frustration, the disappointment, and the wasted money.
