Will Miss Rewards, But App and Customer Service are terrible.
I order at least a dozen times per month. I had only a couple of issues out of hundreds of orders. A driver stole my order in January 2025 and admitted it by official text message. No response after several "Contact Us" messages with order # and details. In December 2025, I received the wrong delivery order. No response on either order afted the initial "we'll follow up" email. The staff at the store reviewed the issues today with me. They apologized for the useless AI that corporate uses to prevent people from resolving their problems. Will continue patronizing them, but deleting the app. Local staff is unhappy they get bad reviews because Corporate takes your money with no recourse.

I have been going to the Taco Bell on Nine Mile Rd in Pensacola, Fl for over 3 years now. If I could give it more than 5 stars I most definitely would. I go through drive through and dine inside on equal basis. I stopped checking my order at drive thru over 2 and 1/2 years ago. Your order is always 100% correct! Never a reason to check your order here. When I dine inside the staff are always friendly, polite, respectful and very professional. It is one of the cleanest most sanitary restaurants in Pensacola. When you receive your order, you immediately notice how much care and professionalism when into the preparation of your order. Your entire order is made with such care that it becomes hard to decide where to start eating. You will never regret eating at this restaurant! It’s impossible to compare prices with any other restaurant. The amount of food you receive for less than &10 is astonishing!! It is always such a pleasure to dine at this restaurant!!

Food stone cold and soggy and poor content and quality. Uber blamed for it being cold, rang the restaurant directly no apology for lack of quality and content and when I asked for the managers name the phone was put down on me. I decided to go to restaurant as its only 5 minutes away for all members of staff to be rude and have poor customer services, they even denied receiving a phone call and not knowing there contact number, complaints policy and even the store number to which I needed to do a customer survey. All members of staff apparently didnt work at the Disbury branch and not one member staff of wearing a name badge and they all refused to give me there names for complaining further to head office, I believe we all need to learn from our mistakes and thats why I have complained to head office so nobody has to experience such poor customer service.

Had to order an Uber ride to go pick up some food paid $10 for my ride they're in back just to get home to find out they put onions and red sauce in my burrito after requesting them to take it out because I'm allergic to onions I call them they can only replace my burrito if I get in there in a few days so I have to pay another $10 just to go pick up a burrito they wouldn't even work with me to replace my whole box bends it's their fault I don't get to enjoy a meal like I should have this Taco Bell is no good they mess up every time when I had a car it wasn't that big of a deal I'd go in and they'd replace it but not having a vehicle right now it really stinks save your money and your time it's not worth it

At first our Taco Bell food was terrible especially the tacos. But then two months later it was taken over by another group of Taco Bell employees and boy did things change with the food. Now I have to go to Taco Bell two times a week and pick up my crunchy tacos which the taste is excellent. I do have one problem though and that is with their wrapping paper for the tacos. If you have to travel 10 minutes from your Taco Bell and you get home and you find your tacos stuck to the paper and when you try to lift it out then you're back to heaven your own made tostada. They do need to use a paper for the inside to be moisture proof so that when you take your taco out of it it's a whole taco and you don't have to treat it like nachos by just going ahead and scooping up the insides with the outside of the broken taco shell.

They don’t answer the phone and god forbid someone actually does answer they can’t do anything to fix your issue. Honestly it’s like calling the police to help you with a break in. The workers are as useful as using a paracetamol to cure stage 5 brain cancer and stroke damage
Save yourself the hassle just go the establishment and order there. Although there’s no real guarantee you’ll get a response in the flesh either 🤷♂️
