Martin has helped me with every problem. He has answered every question I’ve had and has really been helpful. Thank you again for all your help it’s really appreciated
I’ve had a positive experience with Martin Tang keeping me updated on a house I will be renting in the near future.
He is very approachable and polite when communicating.

Thank you for sending out the subcontractors the very next day after I posted this. They were great.
Good job I had been pestering you. The lower section of the strut was totally rotten, it wouldn't have lasted much longer. It would of collapsed. According to the Builder's too. They agreed with me. It would've cost a lot more, the whole porch roof would have gone and even more if there was someone underneath.
I've put 2 stars now as you sent someone out the next day. Not any more as it took you 7 months since my 1st notification.
I have an HNC in Building Construction so I knew it was worse further down than what you could see.
I've been pestering Stonewater to sort out one of the supports for the entrance doorway, it's rotten.
I've been asking them for at least 7 months. Put it on here also but they ignore that too.
We're paying for the maintenance for the building and safety item's.
Rubbish:- You're reply is the same as every time I contact you, you'll ignore it and do nothing as usual, I want a refund for the ground maintenance since I've been here as you never do anything and leave it to the tenants.

The assistance from Tracey (& Longleigh) has been exceptional over the last few years when I've been in need of help and support, even though she's got way too many people vying for her attention.
Especially this time when I've just lost my mum, she'd been my biggest supporter, so my need for the extra support is now intensely great!
I'm sure she'd love to do more if she could.
Thank you Tracey 💖

I was made to feel relaxed when I went for a meeting with Gary about the property I was about to take over, i was shown the flat and asked if I was pleased with it and still wanted to accept, which I did, Gary explained all the paper work I was signing in detail and everything went smoothly.

Tracey was absolutely amazing throughout my whole housing process. Communication was amazing each week with updates and check ins.

Stonewater’s comms team made a determined attempt to have my previous review removed. Unfortunately for them, facts got in the way.
Trustpilot has just confirmed the following:
“We’re just following up about your review of Stonewater which was flagged for containing defamatory content.
The decision
Good news — we’ve assessed the content flagged by the business, and determined that it’s not defamatory. Therefore, we’ve put your review back online.”
This says far more about Stonewater’s priorities than it does about my review.
When more effort goes into suppressing criticism than fixing the issues causing it, the problem isn’t Trustpilot — it’s your service.
The replies by Stonewater to 1* reviews say to email, this is pointless as they never respond/ignore them
Update: the repair to the gutter was May, it was done then next day still the same so had to raise repair again. My review was about maintenance not being done NOT the repair
Update: a job has been created for rubbish cleaning of communal area - for routine gutter maintenance, really?

My mother passed away in December, she owned her property, but the surrounding grounds were managed by Stonewater. However i notified them asap about the passing of my mother. I was asked to supply a copy of the death certificate and copy of the Will. All emailed back to them in a timely manner.
But still nothing has been done!! We are trying to sell the property and need confirmation from Stonewater with regards to the closing of the account etc... No one answers the emails or phone calls, kept waiting in a queue for ages !! This is a very difficult time for my family and this is the only thing outstanding. All other suppliers have been effective in responses. I dont know how you remain active as a business with such poor customer service. !!!! Received a call back 4.2.26 to say they will send me the sellers pack. lets hope this resolves my query.
5.2.26 I have sent you my phone number, plus my late mothers address. Please ensure you call me urgently!

After the 1st one star review on January 15th still no joy just people coming out contradicting each other. How hard is it to work out that a building is not retaining heat!!!! In the meantime my 79 year old mother is still forking out a fortune just to keep warm!!! No mention of compensation for unnecessary heating costs over 8 years and same old jargon stage 1 investigation report back soon!!!. My goodness Stonewater do you have a moral compass!!!! You should not be a landlord if you cannot fulfill the basics like a warm home!!!
Please Please don’t keep asking for my Mum’s details as i have already gave them to you and don’t ask me to email or phone you as you never respond!!! Stop messing us about and sort this out!!!!

I took one look at this damp, mouldy, unloved property, & knew that Stonewater was bad news. I’ve been here several years now, nothing’s changed. They never do anything without a fight. If they do, they wreck at least several things in your home whilst trying to fix one. It’s such a shame as these properties could be so nice, if only they cared. The Wates contract’s a big mistake, each blaming the other for the problems that they cause us. It’s not like the rent’s cheap either, almost twice the cost of a council property. They won’t look after you, move in at your peril!
Erin, you can investigate as much as you like, but we both know that absolutely nothing will change. Believe me I’ve tried!

Stone water are dreadful. Allowing neighbours to ruin the building my son lives in and bully other neighbours. Regardless of how many complaints are made they ignore them and do nothing. My son's family have had their lives ruined. They are unable to go out because of this neighbour and this neighbour has taken over the communal area of the flats as his his own garden . Nothing has been done. The other flat occupiers are having to pay services charges for the up keep of a communal area they can't use. Stone water only cater to the bad tennants. This has been going on for some years. The bad tennant has a criminal record and left his former address to avoid being evicted.

Still making up your own 5* reviews by pretend tenants, try asking real tenants, you know they will only be 1* as you are so bad

I moved into my Stonewater home in early December and I couldn't be happier. My new home is perfect for my needs. It's cozy and secure and is in a beautiful scheme with lots of lovely facilities. From applying, to moving in and now being a resident I was helped and supported by Louise Constable and Gary Middleton. They made everything easy with their friendly and professional manner and they're so easy to talk to. I'd recommend Stonewater to anyone. They really care about their residents.
