Nicole restored our faith in sales people
Not sure how this would work for us as we like to browse and ask for help when we need it, but I booked an appt anyay and so so pleased I did. Nicole in the Derby store was excellent, we honestly could not have asked for a more professional yet approachable assistant. She met us on entry with a smile and asked simply what we were looking for. She then proceeded to guide us around the store directing us to what we had asked to look at. She listened to how we felt out the different styles of furniture and drawing the information from us without being pushy or making us feel uncomfortable. Once we had seen all of the sofa's we then went back to the ones we liked to make a decision. Again Nicole pointed out benefits for each range so that we had all the information we needed to help us come to a decision that was right for us. Nothing was too much trouble and Nicole sat back and let us take as much time as we wanted. We also mentioned carpets early on in our visit and Nicole casually mentioned that we could benefit from 20% discount on carpets if we did purchase sofas. We moved into the carpet range and again once Nicole knew the type of quality carpet we wanted she led up to the right area. 10 minutes looking and we had also chosen the carpet we wanted. We took a seat and prices were worked out and all details discussed and arranged. Honestly, we had such a lovely experience choosing our new furniture and carpet and it was definitely down to Nicole. Thank you so much for being the way you are with customers. I very rarely leave reviews because I don't usually have the inclination to do so. The service we received from Nicole and the whole experience meant that I couldn't not write a review. Would 100% recommend. Also the store was Covid compliant and we felt safe, this I presume is why you book an appointment online but it does work.
