Spoke to Brandon via the chat option. I very helpful assistant and dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently. Parcel wasnt received through Evri and just sent back to Peacocks, which when speaking to Brandon he gave me the option on a replacement order sending or a full refund. I chose the refund as it was clothing for Christmas. Thank you

No one was in so I panicked a little as my regular evri courier had changed. No need to worry at all. Picture was taken but then instead of just leaving the parcel by the front door, it was dropped over the side gate out of view. Thank you

Gated parking and good size spaces. Felt very comfortable leaving our car here. Will definitely use again when the need arrives.

Parking on the destination drive was just as explained on the information supplied by Just Park. Although it was a little strange parking on someone else's drive! That being said I will definitely opt for parking this way in the future.

I ordered toilet/sink in unie/tap all for my new cloakroom. Opted for the free standard delivery as the room isn't ready yet. The goods were delivered 2 days later. We have checked everything which all seems fine but won't be installing until the new year. Very happy with the ordering and delivery process.

Had my furniture delivery yesterday Thursday 1st April by Rob and Joe.
Hats off to them, as informed by SCS I got a call from Joe to say when they would be with us.
When they arrived they came to check exactly where I wanted the furniture and then put down sheets before walking around the area in the house where the furniture was to be placed.
They were very courteous and friendly whilst completing the delivery and made sure I was happy with where the furniture went. They were also careful with the interior decoration in my property as I I formed them that we had recently decorated.
A very pleasant experience by 2 thoroughly professional delivery men. Thanks to you both.

Not sure how this would work for us as we like to browse and ask for help when we need it, but I booked an appt anyay and so so pleased I did. Nicole in the Derby store was excellent, we honestly could not have asked for a more professional yet approachable assistant. She met us on entry with a smile and asked simply what we were looking for. She then proceeded to guide us around the store directing us to what we had asked to look at. She listened to how we felt out the different styles of furniture and drawing the information from us without being pushy or making us feel uncomfortable. Once we had seen all of the sofa's we then went back to the ones we liked to make a decision. Again Nicole pointed out benefits for each range so that we had all the information we needed to help us come to a decision that was right for us. Nothing was too much trouble and Nicole sat back and let us take as much time as we wanted. We also mentioned carpets early on in our visit and Nicole casually mentioned that we could benefit from 20% discount on carpets if we did purchase sofas. We moved into the carpet range and again once Nicole knew the type of quality carpet we wanted she led up to the right area. 10 minutes looking and we had also chosen the carpet we wanted. We took a seat and prices were worked out and all details discussed and arranged. Honestly, we had such a lovely experience choosing our new furniture and carpet and it was definitely down to Nicole. Thank you so much for being the way you are with customers. I very rarely leave reviews because I don't usually have the inclination to do so. The service we received from Nicole and the whole experience meant that I couldn't not write a review. Would 100% recommend. Also the store was Covid compliant and we felt safe, this I presume is why you book an appointment online but it does work.

The product was easy to order on the website and arrived in good time.
Competitive price. Down side was that I expected the lead to be white the same colour as the power bank and as I have ordered it for my daughter she will be a little disappointed by this. Not tried the product yet as kit is a Christmas gift.

Ordered a new sink at a great price from tap warehouse. Wanted to ask a couple of questions which I did through live chat. Placed my order. The service and delivery information were outstanding. Would 100% recommend and definitely use again for any future requirements.

Ordered straighteners and heat resistant pouch for my daughters christmas present. As I was a little concerned regarding any return if there were No problems I gave HQ Hair a call to enquire. They were very helpful and informative regarding warranty and that the return options being extended in light of Christmas, totally putting me at ease. Not that I really expect any problems as this will be our 3rd set of GHD's. Thanks

Daughter has been waiting 2 years for a set of GHD straighteners in a colour she liked. Well the new candy collection have hit the mark for her!!! She loves her new Mint coloured straighteners. The draw back was that they weren't accompanied by a heat resistant bag. Although the price for GHD bag and mat seems a little high at £19.95 I would say it is well worth it. My daughter never fails to use them to protect her straighteners and my carpet and furniture!!!
