What an appalling service

What an appalling service. Tried to get some shutters whilst the sale was on to get the 20% discount. Lady in the store very helpful and quote received and an appointment date for the video measurement call.
1. Call 6 minutes late.
2. No email sent for a video link(actually sent after my email and connection via WhatsApp, awful.
3. Ridiculous “measurer’ saying she might not be able to accept the measurements as no shelf there despite a piece of wood shown to the exact height. Pathetic.
4. On trying to retrieve quote, it was a £100 more expensive.
5. Took 7 calls to get connected to Taunton branch.
6. Spoke to Taunton branch who told me the measurer had added ’trim’ to the quote, not mentioned to me.
7. Assured the original quote would be honoured but then stated could not pay over the phone. I live miles from Taunton.
Totally ridiculous service and i will certainly tell all i know not to ever go to Dunelm again. My order duly cancelled.

Give HOMES TREATS A WIDE BERTH,

Ordered some goods through B&Q as they are a verified seller. Goods ordered and received confirmation email. Looked through by bank account a few days later to see my money back in my account. No email why . Upon checking B&Q APP I saw my order cancelled, again no reason given. Spoke to B&Q they said there was no stock. Home treats then say can’t deliver to your area yet today still selling the goods and can deliver to my area, waste of time and energy. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish. Twice arranged for a collection with stated time slot. Failed to attend on both occasions. Phoned them twice, pathetic response stating they were in my area at a time other than the requested time. No apology . Stated time slots are not guaranteed, so why have them? How these companies continue to trade is beyond me, as bad as Evri. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible company that clearly does not…

Terrible company that clearly does not want to trade. Numerous bot chats, emails and phone calls, never a reply. Thank goodness, having had this experience and having read the reviews here, I didn’t actually order anything. Don’t bother with the very lackadaisical attitude to customers, awful.
Despite your reply I have the email I sent on 2nd September! Have purchased elsewhere now and got an instant reply from the vendor.

I don’t think you’ve ever contacted us. No log on the chat - Not the one where it says chat anyway in your name. Transcripts are kept and logged on 3 devices. No email received to the admin one either. If you can email what your query is directly to [email protected] that would be great. We can then respond. Or click the chat button bottom right and leave your info. We’ve never received your email and also checked our spam.

Terrible service

Terrible service, still waiting over a week for my paid for products. First courier Evri( say no more, the worst service ever). Then promised a Royal mail tracked 24 delivery, still not arrived. Inane response when asked for a tracking number, ‘ we’re glad we could resolve the issue for you!” Nothing resolved at all. I do not recommend you buying direct with this company at all. Tried to be positive but really is this your best effort?

TOTALLY USELESS

Yet again, hate to think how many times you get a failed delivery with these cowboys. I’ve suddenly become a business which is closed, or, problem with package, or unable to deliver ( numerous times) or as many in my village and local area say it’s delivered with these cowboys using the same photo for everyone. This company should be investigated for fraud. Pointless contacting them as they lie or hang up.

Second review of dreadful service

Second review! If only you could give a minus star. First review response asked me to phone to clear things up. Did this, and was greeted with a pathetic response saying they were experiencing technical difficulties. Line then closed by them. No personal interaction, what a joke of a company. Now waited nearly a week for one item and three days for a next day prime delivery. The latter stating delivery attempted- business closed! I’m a private address and was in all day, lies lies lies. You should be ashamed with yourselves. Give me a proper phone number to resolve this, stop fobbing me off!! Again look at the pathetic response!

Has to be the worst courier company out…

Has to be the worst courier company out there. Two different items from different companies not delivered. Lie after lie about delivery etc etc. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Liars, failed to give free gifts!

Ordered a duo of toothbrushes with the offer of two free gifts. Well well, the gifts never turned up. I remember clicking on both gifts but Oral B deny this, saying I didn’t. Such an appalling service. Never again, buyers beware! They even had the audacity to say that gifts are subject to availability.. some dental floss and mouthwash, hardly going to run out of those. Total wasters.

Total waste of money! Crumple up as soon as you sit on them. Very thin and very cheap feel. Purchased two, never again and not recommended. The only good thing was the colour. UPDATE:

Poor service

Poor service, too many doubts as to the professionalism of Lumon. Had some money sent to my account- never received. Some BS that the sender needed to be verified but gave Lumon the sender’s name and purpose of transaction. No follow ups at all from Lumon. Poor response to emails, would NOT recommend. Even sent a complaint to Lumon, no reply ever received. Read trust pilot reviews and make your choice, me….walk away, which I did. WISE for me.
