Sent me the wrong part totally. Returned without much hassle but had to source the correct part elsewhere. Took ages to arrive to ages to get my refund. Would only use if really stuck.

Had an issue with the website when trying to order. It basically put my item out of stock and I couldn’t order. I was contacted later in the day via email to advise that the item was still in stock and was there if I wanted it. I duly ordered and collected from the Glasgow shop in person. Good attentive service. Well done guys in trying times.

Ordered stupidly via Facebook. Paypal case raised, but this scam company gave Paypal Yodel delivery details, a check with Yodel tells you that the reference number is correct BUT the address is for a different UK location. Paypal case closed, no come back at all, unable to escalate or raise a claim. The supplier refuses to respond to mails or phone calls.

Disgraceful behaviour by FaceBook (allowing them on there), by PayPal and their resolution centre AND most importantly this company who take money from hard working people and have no intention of sending the goods. A total disgrace.

Certainly cant fault the despatch speed nor the advice over the telephpne, speed of light delivery to Scotland and all arrived in perfect condition. Perhaps needs to pay more attention to email queries though, not exactly responsive (maybe I was just unlucky). Would use again though.
