Always had a good service from Evri .. since changing over staff not so good .. deliveries to the wrong address deliveries not turned up deliveries just left on the doorstep in the rain did not bother to knock on the door it's very poor at the moment ... still have two deliveries from over 10 Days ago not shown up yet but claims on information that a delivery could not be made will deliver next day .. still waiting. ????

I always have a good delivery ... but get annoyed by trustpilot asking for a review all the time

What a fantastic company to use from the first visit from Ed to final visit by Rob and Nathan who carried out the works on my resin driveway and pathways also the lovely Naomi was on hand all during the project .. I am really pleased with the outcome ..

Whilst shopping with QVC is easy and always a pleasure ... recently I am finding the presentations are not always 100% true leaving the customer dissapointed .. in some instances it's not always convenient or cost effective to send item back i think this area could and should be looked at

Did not get what i thought I was ordering .. which wasca shame company quickly arranged a pick up and a full refund was given..i gave them 3* because I was dissapointed i did not get the chair I wanted

Always a great experience with this delivery company .. great that you can track your delivery and change delivery date online with then .. other delivery companies do not have this facility

My experience with Ashcroft Pharmacy was excellent..very easy website .. quick postage .. would recommend and I will certainly use them again

My experience with KIDZBUZZ is rock bottom..I would have given them 0* if i could...order they sent was not as advertised .. shocking that they thought 6 small tubes of smarties for £10.99 was a bargain when I should have received 4tubes x 3 the 4 tubes being one unit .. they broke apart the 4 tubes apart added a further two and thought that I would be happy with this .. I hafe been going backwards and forwards regarding their returns policy the label they sent has to be printed off .. I do not have a printer .. I went to my local post office they could not print this label off either they suggested I ask retailer for a QR code which most returns labels are these days .. no they could not do this .. baring in mind the value of goods probably amount to £2.50 .. £10.99 charged .. they are not prepared to send me a returns label by post ... I will never use this company again and would advise others to be very cautious

I now know why I stopped buying from Mustle Food ... what you receive is nothing like the presentation pictures ... its all small pieces and basic which I could have got at my local butcher for less which I will do in the future .. I am once again dissapointed 😞 when will I learn

My experience shopping with QVC is positive .. but lately when orders are coming directly from suppliers the packaging has not been very good .. items arriving damaged

If this was so good why is it not recommended by a doctor ... I am very sceptical it will work .. purchased for medical by a friend not sure if I will use it .. is it genuine 🤔

It's always an easy process to shop with QVC far to easy sometimes ... enjoy receiving what I have ordered this time of year it's normally things I have in mind for Christmas presents.. I quite like sofa shopping rather than fighting the crowds

I have been going to Gemma for several years now. i have had my top-up "lip blush" .. I am taking Gemma's advice and doing my aftercare ... I would not trust anyone else with my face ... she is such a lovely person caring advised me well .. i always come out looking better than when I walked in ... I already have another top up appointment booked .. thanks Gemma for being there for us 💕

Very easy website to navigate .. always find what i want .. delivery sent out without having to spend a ridiculous amount to get free delivery ... the only retailer that has never changed their minimum amount .. I love Boots

Plug plants were a lot smaller than expected.. several were almost dead. i did reach out to their customer services, and who said they would replace them .. replacements never arrived .. I was then given a voucher code for £10 which cannot be used against any of their offers .. so the voucher code ends up costing me more than if i used it ... so it's pointless gesture

Just had a really great delivery .. sofa and chair from furniture village Exeter .. the delivery guys Neil and Keith did a great job .. luckily the weather stayed dry .. they put down protection in my hallway wore protection over their shoes took all the packaging away .. and put my furniture together and placed it where I wanted .. great guys .. thank you

Pillows arrived .. nice and full .. at the momehtnthey have a bit of a smell which I am sure will dissapear within a few days ... I hope so anyway... they were great value.. would recommend
