I have bought head torches and key ring lights from Lumilight and have been pleased with the performance of everything I have bought. Easy and quick to re-charge saving the need to buy batteries. Very satisfied.

I use various products from PRAI, including neck creams, upper arm tightening creams and my favourite, upper and lower lip-line filler. It creates a blurring effect which helps disguise fine lines.

It seems to be true! 1. Filling and putting the bins out late in the dark( in Winter any time after 3p.m.) 2. Having external works carried out when the engineer/builder/anytrade arrives at 12.00 expecting to finish by 2 p.m. and is still around at 4p.m. I gifted my window-fitter one and got the job done.3. You need to be "hands free" to carry out a job anywhere starved of natural light be it a) searching under the bed for that earring/pen/coin/marble(?) you just dropped b) looking for your dog's poo on a night's walk c)finding that parcel left 'in a safe place' d)any really tricky finicky job of any description in the dark -just imagine. Based 100% on real human experience -and, it'll be dark early for months now until end of March .....

Saltrock always hold very genuine sales. I bought many clothing items for friends and family this last Black Friday and made some excellent savings. I find the quality consistently good. I shall be wrapping them up as Christmas presents very soon. I bought online but would like to thank the Saltrock store in Conwy N Wales for having pleasant and helpful staff.

I have a rental property in London and my new tenants reported to me that their bathroom loo was badly blocked. I tried all kinds of unblocking products currently domestically available but nothing worked. By this time it was 5 p.m. and I was leaving London the next day. I called PM247 and was answered immediately, reported the problem and was told an engineer would be calling by within the hour. I had to pay the initial cost of £144 incl. VAT upfront. The engineer arrived within the time-frame, but could not unblock the loo using non-mechanical devices so was obliged to use heavy duty, unblocking machinery which he had available. I paid the balance of £414 including VAT and within an hour the blockage had been removed. My tenants were clearly delighted and very thankful to me for the efficiency and timeliness in which the work had been carried out. You can't do without a loo! I have since been advised that although £414 is by no means cheap, the whole process could have cost even more and been carried out within a much longer time frame. So thanks to PM247.

The professionalism of Adam (the Patrol who attended). Very knowledgeable, pragmatic, happy to be helpful. His attitude was so positive and I felt that I was safe leaving all the engine problems to this person.
He had totally 'done his homework' before arriving and was happy to show me evidence of why he came to the conclusions he did.
I think he is an exceptional person and a true asset to the RAC.

Nothing went wrong. I have only just started using Utility Warehouse (one month ago) so please give me a chance to try it out over a little more time? A review now is too soon to be able to form an opinion; it would be presumptuous.

Yes, some communication problems along the way; Kumar could be more pleasant in his dealings e.g. starting by saying 'hello' and 'goodbye' but Beslan his driver was a dream to deal with! You wanted honesty? Well, here it is!

I bought a pair of funky orange sunglasses which were on display. They were reasonably priced and the level of quality I would expect for the price. Saltrock also have very good sales which I benefit from being a couple of sizes smaller than most. The staff on duty were friendly and helpful and we shared a joke or two. So a very pleasant experience all round.

I have been buying boots from Jones the Bootmakers for many years as I find their boots to be excellent quality and the styling suits me because boots are made in several widths - I need the narrow ones. I did order some boots in the latest sale, but unfortunately although they look wonderful, there is a slight fault so I shall be returning them. I hope that quality standards will be maintained?

Visited GO Outdoors in Llandudno today to send a parcel off via UPS, but also to have a chat with James and Ashley and buy myself a pair of warm gloves.
Both James and Ashley are so kind, polite welcoming and helpful, always ready to share a quick chat whilst serving customers. Both have an excellent manner and sense of humour. Thank you lads!

I receive deliveries of low fat goat's milk kefir from Chuckling Goat. It is a lovely firm with excellent aims and credentials. Any queries are easily and kindly dealt with. I have been ordering from Chuckling Goat for over two years now. I have also bought other products they offer.

Laura, the manager of the High Street Kensington store. I had seen some shoes online and 'phoned in the morning to ask to have a pair of shoes in my size put to one side. This was done and I arrived shortly after the opening of the store at 12.00. It was a Sunday. The shoes were waiting for me as promised and I tried them on. They fit and and I went to buy them entering into conversation with Laura, saying I feared the rain would ruin them as I was attending a wedding that day. Laura reached into a cupboard and brought out a weather-shield spray which she gifted to me. I sprayed the shoes twice with the weather- shield and then got caught in the rain on my my way to the wedding. But the shoes? They were protected and NOT ruined. This is what "customer service" is all about. It has nothing to do with AI or the dreaded "bots". This is human to human empathy and we cannot live without it. Dear Hobbs, Laura is one of your greatest assets.

Ordered online and was promised next day delivery. The parcel duly arrived on time.

I ordered storage containers which when they arrived proved to be exactly as described and am now using them to neatly stack away and sort out superfluous household goods.
