Incompetent, Lazy, useless drivers !

Such a poor service, I'm sick to death of getting parcels stolen due to your Incompetent drivers- The front door is NOT a safe place, My account literally says to leave it in the shed, but your drivers are too lazy to walk to the gate and leave parcels safely, so abandon them out in the open for anyone to take! why let us select a safe place if your drivers are incapable of following these instructions it's ridiculous!

I'd be lost without it!

Confident at planning or not Bridebook is a must have app for all Brides! with useful tips,ease of contacting vendors, note pages, guests books & check lists to keep you on track I'd be lost without it! you can even link your app to your partners! meaning everything is kept in one place. I'm in the early stages of wedding planning and I can already tell I'm gonna be a stressed bride but Bridebook is that little wedding planner in your pocket that I recommend everyone to get!

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, How hard is it to delivery parcels! my parcel was loaded onto a delivery van for delivery on the 10th which never happened, my tracking then got stuck at out for delivery for a few days, then on the 13th delivery was attempted but I was out so Instead of following the delivery instructions listed on my account you take it back to depot. I then contacted yodel to change the delivery address which the chat rep assured me he'd done, only to recieve a notification today that you've delivered my parcel to the original address? apparently through the letter box so why was this not done on the Saturday? or is this just another one of Yodels lies and you've left it by the door in the open where it can get stolen. utter joke of a company

3 weeks in and already seeing results

Three weeks in and already seeing results! Im getting on so well with this "plan" its not a diet its an achievable lifestyle change program, I have been losing weight but also seeing positive changes with my mental health. there's no cutting out food groups, no calorie counting, there's no judgment, you can have one to one chats with a health coach which keeps you motivated & provides that extra bit of support, brilliant recopies. Only Lost a star due to app issues, its quite glitchy & auto correct doesn't work in the chat features but does elsewhere in the app. I have reported this but so far there's been no fix, makes using the app annoying and difficult, & considering its app based this is an issue. besides that second nature is brilliant. I can see this being the program that finally helps me.

Unpaid winnings

Unpaid winnings, im due around £22 but not heard a thing from them! I've contacted a few times with no luck. not worth your ttime. no customer service whatsoever and they don't pay out! your watching a bunch of add for nothing!

Amazing products

Amazing products! I love now natural everything is, normally wax melts come with so much plastic but handmade by Kathryn had found a wonderful alternative. The products smell amazing and something you don't see or smell that often if at all, I would say handmade by Kathryn was quite unique. Delivery was super quick and I loved my little sample. thank you I'll be shopping again once I've used my last lot x

Great website

great service, we originally booked June last year (2020) before covid so when it all kicked off and we couldn't travel, we were offered a voucher to the full value which we used to re book for June 2021. The website is easy to use, very informative, the voucher was easy to redeem. The couple times i spoke to holiday cottage staff i felt looked after, very polite and friendly and made re-booking easy. would use again to find a holiday let.

Id give no stars if I could!!
Back in 2020 L&G sent me a letter informing me they cancelled my pet insurance "like I had asked" I did NOT ask for this, we finally get my policy reinstated only for my policy renewal date to come and go without L&G contacting me with renewal documents, they just stopped taking payment and when I asked why they said my DD needed setting up again, I re set it up and still no payment was taken, loads more phone calls later they noticed they never sent renewal documents, I asked them if I can review them before any new payments were taken, which I was assured would happen. I was specifically told payment would NOT be taken before I confirmed the new policy. Come December TWO payments are taken from my account for a higher amount but I hadn't received the renewal documents, and if I had only one paymentshould of been taken!! finally get that issue sorted with L&G this January21. unless you like hassle I'd definitely recommend avoiding this company!

Love Love Love this little shop

Love Love Love this little shop, great products, great prices, fast delivery and they always have fantastic offers. My absolute favourite has to be the scrunchie bundles I bought myself and the sisters some for xmas and they're just beautiful and of a high quality. I also got my personalised phone case and matching charger from here the design is perfect and so pretty, Ive dropped my phone a few times and the case has done its job, the charger works without taking the case off as well which is a bonus. I plan to make more purchases here.

Love my dogs new tags

Love my dogs new tags! he has two Collars so ordered two identical tags and they're brilliant! hes a big dog so ordered the large size and they're the perfect size and dont get lost on his collar. the engraving is really easy to read and I love how you can add a little picture from a list. The ring they supplied was to small for the D ring on my dog collar but was free so cant complain at that. I'm so happy with my purchase thank you

where's my order ?

Ordered on the 11th April, received an email on the 14th saying its dispatched and since nothing? i understand that its a difficult time at the moment but the tracking with Herems say they dont have it and are still waiting for the dispatch - so i've contacted i saw if first to find out where my order is. You keep asking me to review but so far the service hasn't been great! - I'll update my review when someone tells me where my order is/ when i'm likely to expect it .

Update - i saw it first contacted me via email and on here to explain the situation, i received my refund but unfortunately the bits i wanted was then out of stock so i couldn't re order. Bad experience but the isaw team have turned this around. shame about the stock i was looking forward to that order

paid surveys!!

If you have spare time and dont mind surveys, why not get paid for them! every point is £1 and when you reach 50 points you automatically get £50 cheque in the post and if your account has reached 100 points before the pay out date guess what.. you get £100 cheque! I've had many £50 cheques this year. The more surveys you do and if you keep your account up to date the more surveys they send you, it's that simple! yes you sometimes get kicked out due to them getting sufficient answers which you dont get paid for but I find i get enough surveys to account for this.

I did love shopping here until the unfortunate time i had to send something back! I've been waiting for a refund for items send back in September! and tracking states they've received the items. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service or lack of it! I've order from here loads but this one experience with returns has really put me off.

Appalling service ! AVOID

Appalling service! its been nothing but trouble, hassle and wasted time since Pitney gained our contract. Before getting the contract our account manager Abu-Bakr Mirza was friendly, contacted us daily pushed us into taking out the contract by offering free labels and deals with the machine - which we never received. Since taking out the contract our account manager Abu-Bakr Mirza has vanished you can never get him on the phone & he doesn't reply to emails! I rang today to chase a credit for an incorrect invoice and after a few hours of trying to get through they put the phone down on be mid explanation. AVOID this company at all cost! unless you like hassle and awful communication
