This is the worst company I have ever been involved with , not only is my ( sketch ) so bad that I cannot give it as a gift but I have had to order from uk which I should have stuck with in the first place . To add to that they have took my money and will not refund or respond to emails . Stick with the u.k. 🇬🇧
I have just seen the new tv ad for Marie curie . Sadly I am stopping all my donations to you after watching that awful so called nurse “ Sophie” . What an awful smirk on her face , who the hell let her go on screen , disgraceful ,
Can’t help wondering why macall and company are on the ad .it was fine before but now it just seems like they are throwing charity money away on so called celebs who we don’t need , unless of course there are giving their time for free .

The doll we received did look like it should but the description says that the doll was fully poseable , absolute rubbish . The joints and neck turn very slightly but just move back. You CANNOT move the arms or turn the head then put it down , it will not stay like you position it . Absolute deception . Be wary of the Ashton gallery dolls !!!!!!!!

A friend phoned to say she was watching qvc and was going to treat herself to a present for Christmas of a duo bath wash , I told her not to as I would get them for her and it would save me looking round for a prezzie for her . Sadly it has never arrived and when we phoned customer care they said it seems to have disappeared !!! I have had to tell her that I cannot get it for her ( so let down ) Christine .

What a load of thieves and liars, I placed an order on 9th jan and still haven’t received it , they tried saying it was delivered but the picture wasn’t ,my house and the date on it was 23rd December, I hadn’t even ordered it then. For the last 2 weeks I have been demanding a refund and now they are trying to say my bank has it so it’s their problem……NO it is not , my bank do not lie like Wilkos . I paid the money to them so they can pay it back. Avoid these idiotic liars and thieves at all costs.
This must be the WORST company to deal with. !!!!!! ……. We ordered a white fire suite on Wednesday 21 st February and went and picked it up ourselves. When we got it home we opened it and it is black and grey . We didn’t unpack , just pulled out enough to take picture to send to them . Well would you believe it the customer service asked if we were sure it was black !!!! We offered to take it back for an exchange but they couldn’t understand that , it is now Friday 23rd and we’re still trying to get the white fire we have paid for . We either want to take it back or get our money back as they are not bothered in the slightest that we are in our 70s with no fire both of us have immunesurpressed illnesses , NEVER go near this company if you can avoid it . There are plenty of other stores to choose from . I cannot change my review as I have not heard from them on how they are going to rectify the problem I had , I’m not sure they can

A1 service and communication. I received my order of a bath wrap and it had a flaw on it. I contacted b.t. and they were on it immediately , within 2 days I had a replacement . I will definitely buy from again .
