I was worried about the water fountain. Thomas is a particularly fussy cat always has been he must be getting closer to ten now, so now I think of him as a grumpy old man. He doesn’t like any changes h did like his fountain did see him drink from the water bowl. The people there worked very quickly to help this old lady and the grump cat get quietly back to normal passive live. Thank you al very much

The cutlery was gorgeous and light to use, we wanted steak knives they impressed us so much we went back for forks and spoons as well.

The driver did not stop or come back when we signaled to him, ok he may not have seen us at the precise moment we waved but he did wave bye as he drove off

I have loved shawls since I first read (Cross Stitch) Outlander over 30 years now, and have mostly been crocheting them Lol. When I saw the tarten shawls, on facebook and loved them. I'm an OAP and with security issues, so I searched HeritageOfScotland on line and finally made my mind up on the colour I would choose, It was the hardest part they are all so gorgous, my husband paid for this one for my birthday . But I'm sure I'll be back for more, as this first shawl is so very warm, light and comfortable and non restrictive. Really really love it.

My old freezer started telling me lies, the alarm kept going off and there was nothing wrong. So we decided to buy a new one for piece of mind. Found a good priced one on AO. ordered it on line, and was told it would arrive on the following Thursday, It arrived as advised was set in site they delivery man told us to let it rest for 2 hr's before turning it on. We did and it humming away nicely.

I love your products have been a customer for many years. This recent order was disappointing for 3 reasons. 1. paying by Paypal was impossible it just would not open. I am disabled I had to get up go to my bedroom to get my purse and pay by credit card. 2. I had 4 things to order I made a mistake and missed putting the oven liner in my basket my own fault, as soon as I realised I got in touch with you to see if you could add it, I had by this time put my purse back in the bedroom. 3. The grater I order is marked on the delivery note as out of stock, now I don't know if I should order it again or if you will send it when you receive more stock. You have not told me.

I use these for home use, I know I could buy cheaper in a super market but these are a good gauge bags and food quality. I don't buy often, a !000 bags lasts a long time.

Firstly we are 2 over 70 people that made these up so bare that in mind. We ordered the flip top table 2 benches and a small sideboard. The side board was no trouble at all. The benches where a bit hard to get the screws home but we did it. The table was the first we assembled and probably the most confusing 2 legs marked left 2 legs marked right, but the table was unmarked, lol we managed by loosely put the screws/bolts in to see what came next before tightening them. Took us 3-4 hours and we had tea breaks & dinner as well. Very very pleased with the results

I had a broken iPod 3rd generation mine from new, I carried it around and must admit it had been dropped a few times but always worked well until its final fall. So I looked online for a replacement choose a 4th generation 4+ stars and a B. I was disappointed with the iPod when it arrived it works fine but the screen is badly marked and the back very badly scuffed, I had expected it to be in a similar state to my old one which was older and used approx. 12 hrs every day. But it works fine and I bought a case for it to cover up the back.

A simple straight forward purchase and quick delivery. I did phone to ask if we could collect as it is local to us but a very polite lady explained it was not possible.
