Purchased the “unbreaka-bear” dog toy, multiple seams split within 5 minutes and I had to wrestle stuffing out of my dog’s mouth. Incredibly poor quality product, not fit for purpose, but they refused to issue a refund, instead offering 50% off another product - why would I waste more money?!

Great products, responsive, helpful and friendly team. My dog loves this food and it seems to be doing him good (pick-up-able pooh a real bonus!). Subscription is great as means we never risk forgetting to order or running out, plus the flexibility of tailoring the bundles to your dog’s likes and dislikes.

Love the slight menthol scent to the facial fuel, not at all drying but face feels a little tightened after use. Great that it comes in refill sizes.

Innovative dispensing design, but simple to use. Can feel this is a little stronger than other retinol products, took a break after 3 days as skin felt a little tender but was fine after that.
