So we had our blinds fitted on…

So we had our blinds fitted on 29/11/2022 paid just over £3000.
Had a few issues with installation dates but got around that no problem although added hassle.
Thank god for James the salesman he managed to keep things moving on,I would recommend him no problem.
So you may be thinking there is a but coming,your not wrong.
When you have an issue of any kind you need to contact customer services right so that is when things get very frustrating. I’m not saying it doesn’t get done it just take all your time and patience.
The other issue having spent so much is there guarantee, 5 years apparently on fabric but here it is only 2 years on any labour that is required.
They wanted £82 pounds to come and fix the cord for labour even though we were only 8weeks over the 2 years. I made a fuss and got that down to £42 using my salesman James as an intermediary,thanks James.
What do you do I can’t fix it, although I’m going to watch like a hawk when they come next so to be able to in the future.
In short the blinds are great, sales great, fitting great,after sales and customer services rubbish and they need to sort out there guarantee out .I look at this company as a premium product company with a premium price tag.
The saddest thing is that as I have had to pay them £42 to fix my blinds they have lost out on another order for my landing window that’s very large and front bedroom and study window probably another £3000 for the sake of £42, bad business practice guys very bad.

Well paint nuts as described perfect…

Well paint nuts as described perfect match. Ordered my paint a few weeks ago arrived spent a long time prepping and making sure it was ready to take paint perfectly applied. The paint wasn’t 100% comfortable on the first application, but thought well. It may dry better applied the second and third coat still very different to the original car, got in touch with paint marks they say that I didn’t shake the cans significantly enough, but I’ve done this so many times over the years I’m sure that wasn’t me. Anyhow was prepared to purchase another can to do the job again, asked for a discount due to the fact that I’ve got to re-apply primer, paint and lacquer, but they weren’t interested in that at all so made the decision not to purchase from them this time or in the future and I’ll go to another company. It will be a really interesting to see if the paint from another company matches my car as I should expect it to.

Well worldpay what a shower of shit

Well worldpay what a shower of shit, taken me half an hour to get throughthe annoying man on the automatic system,couldn’t hear me. Couldn’t understand anything even when I punched it in. He didn’t seem to understand what I was doing then eventually get through to somebody that I can’t understand her accent. Oh my God I’mgoing to definitely change my card machine facility it’s ridiculous good like everybody else.

Well what can I say what a scam I…

Well what can I say what a scam I haven’t used the Dartford Crossing for many years, so when I went to pay for it I was surprised it was £6 each way however I just assumed that’s what the price was. Luckily when I tried to pay my bank declined the card, so obviously the banks are wise to this very dodgy disgusting organisation because the actual cost of Crossing was £2.50 each way b…… they must be to do this. A lesson learnt for me, though, don’t ever go to the top page of Google search always be more vigilant.

ADR in cahoots with the airlines

What a scam does anybody else think that this company is in cahoots with the airlines because I do as for the CAA recommending them well what a joke,the website just doesn’t work sent all my paperwork in the post the old fashion way but still no luck, again Easyjet just don’t care about anyone but themselves, will never fly with again and just wait they will go bust next

ADR where do I start you really need to do something about your portal it is so bad to use phone iPad laptop it doesn’t matter secondly please respond to the left messages it is so frustrating attempted for an hour to upload my signature onto your portal but he just wouldn’t like it at all i’m still owed £893 from easyJet which is looking more and more likely I will never see that money ever again my next stop is to try and call ADR wish me luck I will put a different review on if I come up trumps

Well what a shower off s*** don’t buy from this company
Worx drill set turned up without the drill body but with battery’s and charger, obviously stolen between between packing and delivery, couldn’t sent out a replacement drill body as out of stock and not prepared to sent an alternative drill body even though I was happy to pay extra for an upgraded drill body. All they could do was pick up the original order and after they receive it give me a full refund which will take the best part of a week so unable to buy the drill from an alternative company until I get my refund. Danielle the customer service assistant was extremely helpful and was equally frustrated by the process as I was however beyond that not very acceptable at all. Won’t be buying from them again and I’m now looking at Argos as my alternative source at least if you have a problem they do an exchange immediately.

It could be better with a few tweaks but overall good

The food was delicious but the portion of rice and vegetables was really for one person not two. We had a soup substitute as the mussels were out of season it didn’t feel a fare swap but was delicious though. Overall it could be better for the money with a few tweaks that wouldn’t cost a great deal more.

Not happy with my end product

All I can say is when ordering a photo puzzle please be aware that the finished article does not come close to the original photograph even after a second attempt wouldn't order a puzzle again but photo books are fab.
