So we had our blinds fitted on 29/11/2022 paid just over £3000.
Had a few issues with installation dates but got around that no problem although added hassle.
Thank god for James the salesman he managed to keep things moving on,I would recommend him no problem.
So you may be thinking there is a but coming,your not wrong.
When you have an issue of any kind you need to contact customer services right so that is when things get very frustrating. I’m not saying it doesn’t get done it just take all your time and patience.
The other issue having spent so much is there guarantee, 5 years apparently on fabric but here it is only 2 years on any labour that is required.
They wanted £82 pounds to come and fix the cord for labour even though we were only 8weeks over the 2 years. I made a fuss and got that down to £42 using my salesman James as an intermediary,thanks James.
What do you do I can’t fix it, although I’m going to watch like a hawk when they come next so to be able to in the future.
In short the blinds are great, sales great, fitting great,after sales and customer services rubbish and they need to sort out there guarantee out .I look at this company as a premium product company with a premium price tag.
The saddest thing is that as I have had to pay them £42 to fix my blinds they have lost out on another order for my landing window that’s very large and front bedroom and study window probably another £3000 for the sake of £42, bad business practice guys very bad.
