As a driver who worked for Driver Now I can highlight a very good organization. All logistics is via apps, efficient and timely, additional human dispatcher overseeing status of all rides, competent management and immediate solutions even when things twist.

The fleet in the garage max 2 y.o, maintaned at official Mercedes Benz workshop and mostly washed and vacuumed at the end of a working day.

Even 1 min late pick up is always told off to the driver.
White shirt and black tie is a must for drivers who benefit enough time for rest, look fresh and neat.

Outbound calls are cut after aprox 5 min. Each month I call my bank and often wait until human operator takes the phone. Once we approach to a solution they cut the call. It has happened infinite number of times. Most my calls have been cut. Only today I have spent 10 euros and all in vain.
Rate for the EU countries are 0.44€ per minute. Volla offers the same for o.15 €, 60% lower.

SMS messages are often lost. I never know if an international SMS has been delivered or not.

Inexisting customer support and eternal time for withdrawal: 3 days for account verification and 3-5 days transfer: 6-8 days.

Pay the profit back reasonably fast, Nasdaq spread of 1 (others give 0.8) is not best yet good enough, customer support is to the point and fast. 50% margin call closing losing positions isn't good enough (others give 20%) yet, again, acceptable. Good for profit making to go. Worth it.

Apart from only allowing download in .pdf which means the user will always depend on the site, even in pro account there are just a few templates that are useable for a CV. All others are both weard, like 3 column template, and useless as design not allowing for a meaningful amount of text.

Facebook Marketplace is just a group of scammers. All commercial messages I have seen on Facebook, flats in Zurich, or ski jacket on Marketplace - all scammers.

After giving sending all required documents already approved small private loan turned into a mess and lots of time wasted due to Migros:
1. 3 consecutive times, one by one, asking me for additional papers, the last one from ZEK (credit information register). Twice has ZEK replied they can not understand what kind of paper Migros wants.
2. 0900845400 is THE ONLY and quite costly /1.5 CHF per minute/ way to contact Migros Credit department. No email, bank visits helped. My phone operator does NOT allow calls to this kind of numbers. Indeed, no way to contact them.
3. Finally Migros stopped replying to my letters.

First to mention is very bad support. It's like talking to a brick wall.
The app is just hanging when it comes to the payment or add-up of a payment card.
Chat is directly telling lies that the recipient´s bank rejected incoming transfer.

It's just increadible!

What else will they, incompetent, come up with?
Avoid paysend.

It's a scam. Most female profiles are long outdated. They seem never delete any even when the person is a year not opening the page. And fake profiles ever online are common.

Stay away!
After the transfer arrangement they ask me to send them proof of the transaction from the bank using screenshot or bank statement, later say that the destination account number is wrong, finally cancel the transfer promising refund the money. All has taken a few days.

PaySend has quite bad customer support mostly sending standard not working answers.
I always experience problems when making transfers Each time they blame the credit cards or my bank, but they say all is good. Aside, the last tranfer was tracked online and the bank confirmed the transaction and verified all is good, but your page returns an error.

Paypal has inexisting customer support. It takes them 48 hours to review a document they require as a proof of address and then something always not enought. 3 times have I uploaded proof of my residence using payslips, speed ticket, etc. A week after my transfer is still hanging.

Time and again I regret to deal with this company.
Customer support is like talking to the wall. They just never answer the question asked, chew the same gum and keep the client desperate with their internal booking number which the airline doesn't recognise. Apart, there is a permanent failure to add baggage through them. Even after reading my criticism on TrustPilot they promise to resolve it and and don't even write.

Dont' delegate them your money. Buy the airticket directly from the airline.

The bot sends tons on irrelevant articles to read and no way to get a reasonable answer. The page is all time asking for passport or id veritication and nothing happens. Nobody replies. No way to operate.

After very badly supported and poorly demanded by clients in Switzerland Uber eats, Coople is a decent alternative. Takes a while to get good rating, yet simple interface of the app, quite a few job offers, decently paid and as of the first service good treatment by host companies: friendly, meals, no much need of German. Spanish often works. English opens the doors.

I used to appreciate impeccable customer support which is on constract decrement. 7 years with them, excellent spread, reasonable leverage, nearly immediate deposit of funds using cost efficient PayPal. The drawdown is a very big slippage on news release and not respecting stoplosses set. 40 pips (huge huge slippage) which happened on April 14th is a pain. Another systematic problem is freezing of quotes for a minute or two during NYSE (15:30 CET) or other important news release and as usual they blame my computer. Absolutely the same instances of MT4 on the same compt set for other 2 brokers never show freezing.

Weird requirements: the recepient must send them a selfie with passport open wide and include reference number with the amount. Many transactions are declined.

Great step ahead for non professional traders. Cheap, reasonably made, the only volume and delta indicators made for MT4, concise, but timely support.
The heatmap would make it the pack complete, but it's not available yet.

First the data is given in tables only and is very inconvenient to use. There aren't any indicators, like DOM, Clusters. What is worse is that customer support never answers any questions. 3 consecutive times after a two day delay I only received the same question if I was an individual or company.

Avoid them. There are plenty of much more professional services with datafeed and all graphical analytics included.
