Holes dont line up.

Brought 2 metal sheds from this company.
biggest problem was holes not lining up, however the screws provided will bore a new hole but this costs in time.
And very poor quality instructions.
Do not build even if there's the slightest breeze

Seems strong when built.

I gave a honest review to help and warn potential customers.

They offered me a partial refund but made it conditional upon me changing my review.

We have now come to a mutual benefital agreement
I received the partial refund that was totally none conditional and my honest review stands.

Disgusting company DO NOT BUY

Disgusting company. I paid for next day delivery. I had to phone up to find out that it wasn't coming the next day but I was promised it the day after the day after. I had to phone up again to find out. It's not coming only to be told. It's come on Monday, ended up having to cancel the order discussing company. Do not buy from them.

unlike ARLA milk

Great choice of other products too

Great people to deal with and accessible on yhe phone

The app is usable but on the best, but a phone call sorts out any problems

I have a delivery twice a week, so convenient.

Poor third party and call centre service

When I buy from B&Q app I expect to buy from B&Q, NOT SOME THIRD PARTY. OR HAVE TO READ THE SMALL PRINT TO MAKE SURE THE SELLER IS B&Q

Great kit let down by poor customer service

1 star because its the lowest I can do.
What a palaver trying to return anything to this company avoid at all costs
Premium rate numbers to talk to anybody
they have a bot If you can get on it, most of the time it is just logged up, to many people using it
if you do get on it, it take them forever to sort out a returns date

Great products let down with poor customer service

Toany days lost waiting for kit not to arrive
Now another day lost waiting for returns to be picked up (12 hour time slot)

Totally screwed up the delivery date

16 days, seriously,

Totally screwed up the 5 - 7 days delivery now on day 14 and still not arrived yet

Want to talk to them 20p per minute to get their complaints number at 13p per minute because their BOT intermittently stops working

And you get lies about when your kit arrives, email arrives saying there is a delay as soon as you have got off of their premium rate number where they told me its only day 5 there will be 2 days yet

Unilaterally Changing Terms and Conditions

ReAssure brought a policy an old policy of mine from legal and general and therefore took on their terms and conditions of that policy

any changes to those policies they see fit to chance to that policy is not part of that originial agreement, reAssure cannot unilaterally impose terms and conditions without all parties argreeing agreement,

I do not and have not agreed to any of reAssured terms and conditions, and therefore do not agree with ReAssure unilaterally imposing their policies and procedures

watch this company, its changing agreements that have no right to change, the change was small but thats not the point

all changes to an agreement must be agreed by law

No phone number listed (0371 384 1025)
Chat lines not working and if they where its office hours
28 day refund policy (from date of purchase and not from activation)
These are Christmas gifts, 28 days gone before Christmas if brought in November not to mention lockdown.

Tried to get a refund before the activity after reading reviews because no chance after.

You go a choose the location then phone a different company
(7 month of lockdown chances of getting good dates are slim)
