Hotel was fabulous, the level services were a real bonus. transfers and flights all excellent, slight delay on return due to air traffic control but made up a bit of time. Jet2 kept us up to date on everything

Mike arrived as scheduled and carried out the service including replacement of necessary parts, he was very diligent ensuring we have a fully functioning boiler for another year- very pleased with all the ideal service engineers and with the boilers.

Nice to have a connection to Europe from the North but the service is basic at best, the food options limited and cabin not the best, we had a light on all night as we couldn’t switch it off, spot right above the bed!

Great selection and recommendations has changed my view on zeros and now converted.

No real issues other than didn’t seem to do too much for the £90.00 < half hours work. Maybe price to pay to keep the warranty.

Also we didn’t get any email or text confirmation of the appointment so wasn’t sure an engineer would turn up or when, on the positive side he did call prior to turning up with his eta and we were the first visit of the day.

Dropped star as late into appointment due to some IT issues and waiting for my new glasses to arrive so not able to comment on these yet, other than that the attention from the optometrist and support staff was excellent during the eye test and in picking the frames and lenses, which is a bit more scientific with varifocals!

great products at a competitive price, our bifold blinds look great - very happy to recommend. Adam and Joe are very attentive and responsive to any issues and requests.

The service team were excellent arrange an appointment to suit and the Engineer advised expected arrival on the day. The engineer Carl was superb and sorted all the issues.

Great service and fully recommend Ideal, the boilers are also superb

The product is good, however the advertised product showed a 25% free so 3ltr instead of 2.5lt however O only received the std tin. I was told this offer was only on the clear product and not on tinted versions, even my receipt showed an image advertising this offer. I have only had an apology but nothing else, be careful before you order as they won’t compensate you.
