Saw the car on forecourt on Sunday when salesroom was closed. Put a reserve on it online. Test drive next day and bought it!
I couldn't take delivery immediately because of my holidays, but I requested a dashcam be fitted in the meantime.
Two weeks later I'm the proud owner of my 4th Ford Kuga.
The salesman, James, has been so helpful both during the sales process and since. Nothing has been too much trouble and everything promised has been fulfilled.
One week later I've already received my Road Tax refund, so the paperwork get completed efficiently as well!

We had gone in the store to look for a bunk bed. We had literally come through the door when approached by a salesman, who proved to be extremely helpful (but please allow customers a little time before descending upon them!)
We were shown the only bunk bed sold and it was perfect for our needs, we paid our deposit and look forward to taking delivery in about 12 weeks (not an issue for us).
We were offered insurance- aren't we always, which was already covered by our household insurance, so turned it down.
We weren't however warned about the £59 delivery charge until we came to pay! The store is no more than a mile from our house! So I'm not sure how they justify that.
However, I believe we will have a quality bed that will last us many years.

Recently ordered a coat for my son. Delivered very quickly and a great price (in warehouse sale!) I then wished I had bought one for myself!
Well, I did. It arrived really quickly, exactly as described, and I'm pretty sure will last a long time!

Ordering from Gtech is so easy. Delivery is made as promised and I am so happy with the quality of the mower.

Originally ordered by "Click & Collect". After 2 days the order was showing as fulfilled, but the store had not even received it!
Early following week, advised that order was ready to collect. Back to the store to discover order was not there!!
Phoned to query (by which time I had got a test kit from Boots with very little delay).
The Click and Collect order was cancelled and replaced by a delivery to my address, which did eventually arrive.
Awful service!

Sunday morning is not the best time to discover you have 2 flat and unrepairable tyres, so it was a boon that Halfords were available to take my call for help!
The replacement tyres were ordered (and paid for) very easily by telephone and a time slot arranged for the following day (today, Monday).
A tracker facility kept me informed at all times and the technician arrived exactly as promised. Special mention for Jaden Webb who carried out the work efficiently and made sure that everything was in order before leaving.
Highly recommend Halfords service!

I had quotes for GAP insurance from a number of reputable insurers, but felt this was by far the best. Provides good cover at a very reasonable price. It even covers the excess on my car policy!
I had contact by phone, which was easy, but most correspondence has been on-line on a very good web site. The on-line chat also seems to be manned by a human and not a robot!!
All in all, I would recommend MotorEasy. I've got cover for Aluminium wheels as well!
