I have been delignted to have…

I have been delignted to have discovered Cyberjammies. I love their products and have not only ordered for myself but for my granddaughters and their cousins too. The girls have been delighted with their Cami shorts and tops. Such delightful designs too.

I find their pyjama bottoms very comfortable and being a size 10 find their size 10 fits perfectly.

Their nightshirts come up a size larger but I quite like that, being fashionable to wear bigger sizes!

The delivery is exceptionally swift and the packaging a delight compared to JoJoMaman whose clothes come jammed into tiny plastic bags (just out of the shipping container it looks like.)

Cyberjammies products come beautifully wrapped in tissue with a wee sticker in a proper gift box. Such a charming change from some of the other online products.

Customer Service is beyond excellent and I always get a quick reply even if I have to leave my phone number and the young ladies who reply are always very knowledgeable and most helpful sorting out sizing. they will always give you the exact measurement of an article as styles can vary.

Such a relief to have found an excellent company on every level.

p.s. Any complaint is rectified immediately in my experience.

Site very confusing-ended up buying 2 when I only ordered 1!!!

I had great trouble and the payment got me paying TWICE. After I ordered the heated slippers I emailed them to cancel one of the orders but heard nothing. I just received notification this morning that I had to buy a separate charger for the slippers which they had not mentioned at a cost of £27!!!!!!!!!

The site kept changing to the German one. I am worried this is a scam and have ended up paying for two pairs of heated slippers and a charger too. The advert was VERY confusing!!!!!!

Two excellent deliveries

Recently had two deliverIes here in The Scottish Borders. Both deliveries were made by delightful men who were very polite, respected our house and delivered our new bedroom furniture carefully. We enjoyed meeting four lovely young men. They were excellent representatives of your company.

Impossible to contact them re order.

Items are not suitable.. I need to return them ~Impossible to contact them for returns. Their site keeps taking you round in circles. My order is not listed on my account. It says empty but clearly not so as I just received 2 items I ordered.

LIGHTINTHEBOX kindly responded to my review telling me how I could make a return. I have tried on the app to log into my account but where my orders should be listed there is a blank. I tried everything to find my order listed but to no avail. I have taken the sad decision to throw the items away as am so fed up with the whole issue and, frankly, do not have the time to faff around trying to get in touch with the company. Very disappointed.

Delighted with my new Pyjama bottoms

Delighted with my new Pyjama bottoms. They arrived promptly, beautifully wrapped in a box and fit perfectly.
I love the pockets too. Love the colours, very true to the illustration. Well made and in India which is known for its fabrics and beautiful finishes.

Excellent company with irrestible chocolate

This company not only produces the most delicious chocolate but is efficient and goes out of their way to ensure the customer is informed at every stage of the transaction.

They show their address and clearly give their phone number in case of queries. A delightful company to do business with. I look forward to discovering and trying their other produce. The Callebaut dark chocolate chips (Callets) are irrestible and I buy them for my Chocolate Chip cookies but have trouble not to keep sneaking more. The best chocolate chips I have ever tasted!

Trustpilot is an incredibly handy tool to have.
I am sure it has saved me many times from wasting my money when I look up their reviews.
It is a reassuring device to have to be able to check out companies and their performance,

I never purchase anything from a new company without checking on Trustpilot first.

Very disappointed as ordered a special chew bone for my dog weeks ago. I keep writing and messaging but have not had a reply. The money has been deducted from my account but no bone has arrived. If only they would respond to my emails and messages? At least to let me know what is happening.

Pets at Home didn't disappoint YET…

Pets at Home didn't disappoint YET AGAIN!! The staff are always so so helpful and Peter helped us this time - what a lovely helpful man he is!! We needed to sort out a bigger crate for our Boxer and a bed too and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The young men on the till were very friendly and helpful too - sorry I forgot their names!!!

I had a problem with my Christmas basket when it was delivered but Interflora bent over backwards to sort it all out. The staff at Interflora could not have done more to put things right. Several of the team contacted me to ensure everything had been sorted out.

Big flower arrangement total shambles in box

I have just received an Interflora arrangement in a big box but the box must have been turned upside down as the contents are a complete shambles. I cannot contact Interflora either by phone or via their website as they all say not available. Their Facebook is not working either.

Brilliant Fetch!

I find Fetch superb on every level. Great website - extremely helpful staff - very helpful young man the other evening helping me sort out my order of Hills Low Fat dog food! Competitive prices! Easy to use website when booking time for delivery - efficient updates on delivery and spot on deliveries every time with Ocado! A very happy customer!
