Avoid at all costs!

EDIT: they asked for more info AGAIN. You do have everything, just take the time to review instead of sending the same copied&pasted message.

After many unanswered emails I left a negative review on here and got a response within a few hours, requesting more info. I completed the form, still no word back. I gave this company the benefit of doubt with waiting for a resolution and believing that they do indeed take things seriously, but now I'm disputing the payment and considering taking this up to Trading Standards and Small Claims court after seeing so many people in the same shoes.

Do yourself a favour. Do not buy from them.

Would be zero if it was an option

Would be zero if it was an option. We ordered a bed on 7th of March for a late April delivery, agreed in an email. Firstly I got a message stating that delivery would be earlier when discusses, when I was away, but luckily it was still remedied and we were able to delay.
Then on the day we received the wrong colour - the website clearly states that the bed we purchased was available in white, but when I contacted Kiddirooms they said it's for an almost 50% surcharge. I told them that this was never mentioned on the website or in any of the confirmation emails, and from this moment on the answers I got from customer service were very rude and often just one word. They said they have sent a replacement on 6th May, but still no sign of it and they ceased to reply to my emails since 15th May.
I've now requested a refund on 30th of May, but they're still quiet and now I'll have to dispute the payment and considering taking legal action. I've also tried to call, but the phone is silent.

M&S for the lose

I've been a happy Ocado customer for years now. Sure, there were occasions when something wasn't right, but my issues have always been dealt with and I was happy with the service overall.
I know the pandemic had affected the stocks and available slots massively, which I have no intention to complain about - I think they handled it the best they could, given the circumstances.
However the switch to M&S was a major drawback for Ocado! Overpriced, yet bad quality M&S products (not even nearly as good as Waitrose), limited variety - I can't find quite a chunk of the products (let alone the brands) I used to buy on the very same site, no alternatives. I'm beginning to think that there's no point shopping through them if I have to go to other stores to get what I need. Ocado needs to up their game (well, back to what they used to offer) to compete against other stores. M&S clearly isn't what it used to be, it was a bad partner choice on behalf of Ocado.

Missing deliveries and collection

Normally Hermes are fairly good, but the last two times I wanted to use them they proved me wrong.
First, I was waiting for a parcel collection for a given day and they didn't show for another couple of days. At the same time I was waiting for a parcel that was left on our porch without as much as ringing the bell.
And now I've been waiting for a parcel that's being held for some reason for the 6th day now, with only a message from 6 days ago saying that it'll be on the move in the next 24 hours (well, it obviously didn't happen). If there's an issue they should let me know, but most of all, I should be able to talk to someone other than a useless chat bot and automated call assistant that are not able to proceed with any sort of problem and are only good to track a parcel, which you can do without using them at all. Hermes, it's 2021, up your game!

The best mattress on planet Earth

Simba is my favourite addition to our new home. I can't remember the time I slept this well before it arrived. It gives a perfect support, which is a big relief after using a bad mattress for two years.
In addition to that, Simba Sleep has the best customer service team I've ever dealt with. Every single person so far was helpful, kind and seemed to care about their customers much more than the average.
I would most certainly recommend it (and I do so every time I can).
