Prompt and helpful customer service. Good delivery company. Lovely item. Very pleased overall.

Unfortunately the lights I received had a number of issues which were essentially due to the manufacturer having changed the style. Ryan went out of his way to try to resolve the problem and get me two of the style I wanted. Unsuccessful but he could not have been more helpful I will definitely be using this company again.

I have used InPost several times now with a couple of hiccups. Things have improved since they opened an additional drop off point nearby.

Generally though a good service with good communication

I have used this company for a couple of years. Their fish is great quality and a reasonable price.

Communication and delivery is good though their carrier is not great in our area.

The true test is always when things don't go to plan. I've had a couple of issues over the course of the two years and the customer service is always superb. The team go out of their way to rectify the problem.

Very good customer service but books not as described.

First time using this site and as I am collecting a list of books I deliberately chose ones which were described as "very good". Of the four books I bought one was in very poor condition and another was in reasonable condition but not the cover I ordered.

When I complained customer services were very responsive and dispatched replacement books which were acceptable. I do not however think WOB's description of "very good" would cut the mustard with Ziffit where I sell books.

Tracking info was good.

In two minds about whether to use them again.

I have used Ziffit fours times now. Initially a bit wary on account of bad reviews on TP but I've sent in good quality items and they have paid in full. They offer more than other sites I've checked out. My only criticism is that they use InPost who are pretty good but have limited capacity and their availability checker does not work as it should. Being 5 miles from the nearest drop off means that I really need to know if there is availability.

Good service and easy to use. The only downside was that it was full when I came yesterday. Will check availability before I set off next time.

First time using the service so I was a bit nervy about the whole thing. Customer service was good when I queried things and I was paid in full. It took a bit longer than I expected simply because it was not immediately clear how long in-post and then processing would take. I will use this service again.

As with last year's renewal I did have to chase for the renewal paperwork which again was posted rather than emailed.

This year my quote was significantly cheaper than last year for the same level of cover so that was great news. I called to check I wasn't imagining things and renewed over the phone.

Again as with last year I had to follow up to ensure the renewal had gone through when a simple email would have put my mind at rest.

On the whole though a very good company to deal with with paperwork in plain English.

Fortunately I have not had to make a claim so cannot comment on that.

If the renewal had come through by email a week or so earlier and a follow up email sent on renewal it would be 5 stars

When we arrived to see Top Gun in Cineworld Gloucester Quays we were advised we had booked the tickets for the previous day so they were not valid. The staff were very apologetic and gave us contact details for customer services. We contacted customer services by phone. The call was answered promptly and when I explained our mistake we were told a refund would be with us within 3 days. An email confirming the refund was received within minutes and the money refunded the same day. Can't fault our experience with Gloucester team and the offshore customer services. Thank you!

First order with this company and very impressed. Ordered Sunday afternoon and received two days later. Everything was really well packed. The website has an excellent range of products at really good prices.

I had to chase for my renewal quote which strangely had been sent via post rather than email.

Renewal quote was up on what I paid last year but when I spoke with customer services they were able to renew at a slightly cheaper rate than last year which was good.

Having renewed with one minor amendment I did have to chase to ensure the renewal had gone through. A simple "thank you for renewing" email would have prevented that.

Overall though happy with this company. Their customer service team is accessible and helpful and their paperwork is written in plain English!

We ordered two items from Sweatband and both arrived well within the projected timeframe given. The courier used was polite and helpful. One of the items had a damaged component (which was clearly not down to the courier or Sweatband). We contacted Sweatband via email and received a prompt response offering a replacement which we accepted. Unfortunately the supplier was unable to provide a replacement part so we were offered a complete replacement (rather than just the faulty component) or a full refund. We opted for the refund which was processed promptly. The support team provided prompt and clear communication throughout. Really impressed.

Great service. Our house is hard to find and the company we bought from had not passed on our directions but our driver Zia (depot 412) was great. When he couldn't find us he called for directions, turned up on time and was friendly and professional.

Our local Hermes delivery man is great. He is always friendly. If we are not around he leaves the parcels safely in the greenhouse.

Great products at a reasonable price. Very fast delivery. Also a 15% for signing up which was a bonus.

Great range of products. Good quality and reasonable prices. I recently ordered two pairs of tights. The first was just what I wanted and a good fit. The second was not the colour I'd hoped for so returned free of charge and refunded within a couple of days. I've ordered previously and products are always good. I would recommend this company.

We have two products from Illuminated Mirrors, a bathroom cabinet purchased 4 years ago and a mirror purchased 2 years ago. Both are very good quality and add a stylish finishing touch to our refurbished bathrooms.

Unfortunately, the mirror recently developed a fault with the under mirror LED strip which we reported to the support team. The response was excellent and the replacement strip was promptly sent out by Mitch.

I would definitely recommend the products based on our purchases but it is the customer support and after sales support that has really impressed us and prompted this review.
