Recliner repair
Repair took 2months to complete which was very inconvenient as the recliner was stuck in the extended position for this whole time. The repair only took 10 minutes once they had the correct spring. Took 3 weeks for company to come and see what was required then had to order part another 2 weeks. Before then calling to schedule another appointment to fix 3 weeks later. The fitter was pleasant and arrived when scheduled however just took too long for repair to be completed.Feel these small items should be readily available in stock which would cut the repair time considerably.

Guardsman are not the manufacturer of your furniture, and whilst our technician do endeavour to keep stocks of most commonly used spare parts [for reclining furniture] on their vans, unfortunately, there are still times when they have to source parts from the manufacturer or other supplier.
