Ludicrous Request


This from Lyca Mobile even though I was out of contract when I cancelled the sim.

Your Payment of £0.32 against your account number could not be processed on 2/9/2026 12:10:43 AM via transaction ID BPRUK_P2601270251591563.

If you have already made the payment, please disregard this email.

I have sent this: I have made it very clear I will not pay this 32p. I do not owe it and after a year of appalling customer service resulting in my cancellation you have a cheek even asking.

Edit: same old response nothing will happen. Still waiting for the previous promise.

I cancelled my policy not due for…

I cancelled my policy not due for renewal until 1/2.2026. They wanted £50 more than best quote. This morning bank notified me I had a pending payment for Onecall. I was surprised to say the least as I didn't have auto-renewal, so I thought just tell the bank not to pay. They said they had to process it as it had been authorised. So contact Onecall who said I didn't cancel even though the APP showed as a lapsed account.

I then had to battle for them to agree a refund which may take up to 14 days to arrive. A 2 hour Fast Payments system that is going to take upto 14 days. Total rip off. Oh and they blamed my bank or it taking so long.

I have been receiving numerous calls…

I have been receiving numerous calls from numbers belonging to this company my system is stopping them as spam/scam examples: 0744197 416, 417,418,419,420,421 linked to a company I have previously reviewed and who deny these crypto calls. If this company no longer exists why are these numbers still active.

Does anyone have contact details for them in Brussels. Searches reveal nothing.

I dispair

Despite phone calls & emails, including 3 to complaints still no resolution to my simple request to honour my new contract price. I have provided the evidence about 5 times.

However the reason for this new review is Lyca have now removed the very data showing my £8 renewal from the APP, strange decision given I have a saved copy. I am reaching the point where despite it being an excellent sim with no signal issues like some unless the sort this out I will have to look elsewhere.

Edit: 15/1/2026 I have requested a PAC code and if you have not confirmed my new £8/month tariff I have already identified a replacement. I will activate the code Saturday.

Hear we go again for the umpteenth time through TP they have asked for my details again. Isn't that a sign of insanity doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome.

I have requested the porting takes place on 26/1 let's hope there is no issue with that.

Such a shame the sim worked very well no signal issues, just constant billing issues from day one. They need a UK CS.

Edit: 26/1 The final insult: Received today.

This is seriously taking the mick. I have cancelled my card.

Once again I find myself in conflict…

Once again I find myself in conflict with them over pricing. My new tariff is shown on my current agreement as being £8 for the same sim. I have sent numerous emails to clarify. With a screen shot of the agreement.

Yesterday I finally got through to a human on the phone who denied my new tariff would be less. I pointed out it was on my APP. At which point she asked for a screen shot. I pointed out I have already sent it previously.

I agreed to send it again which I did immediately, asking for an immediate acknowledgement

However no reply once again.

Edit: Once again more stalling by Lyca requesting my details via Trustpilot. Details that were in the review and sent numerous times via at least 6 emails directly to them. At this moment I am out of contract as of yesterday and no update. Of course Lyca won't read this update. Time for formal complaint prior to an Ofcom complaint.

Edit: 1/1/2026: Despite their message below 2 days ago still no response so yesterday sent a message directly to their Complaints email and no response for them either. I have there downgraded their rating.

Edit: 5/1/2026 Despite 2 more emails to Complaints I still have not received a reply.

I have contacted them 4 times in the…

I have contacted them 4 times in the last few days, merely to clarify my renewal tariff which is on my current plan. Simple task to confirm but not even a reply. Sim great CS not the only decent one I previously dealt with has left.

Edit 22/12 Incredible I reached out to them on Trust pilot email, and they replied telling me I could reach out on Trust pilot email, still didn't answer this simple question. Is my new tariff £8/month as agreed on my expiring plan.

Edit: 27/12 Still no reply to this simple question. They are however trying to take a 13th payment for the original contract.

It has been nearly 2 years that I stop…

It has been nearly 2 years that I stop dealing with this company for reasons well documented on here.
Despite the passing of time and continually instructing they remove my details from their system they have not

Edit: You have all by details and you are currently emailing me. Get a grip for heavens sake.

The account as still active and I am receiving on average 6 unwanted calls a day. Despite my best efforts they are using a robocall system.

I hope they pick up this message and do the right thing, and close my account and desist the endless calls.

I have even looked at my account page that I should be able to remove myself but there is no tab to do so.

Edit: Edit: Finally the account is no longer active it remains to be seen if the phone calls stop. If not I will take legal action.

Ever felt like you are being targeted

Ever felt like you are being targeted, not only payment issues with Lyca Mobile reported. Now I have had an extra payment taken by Three Mobile on 16/9 despite auto renewal off. To add insult to injury I just received a confirmation for an order I haven't made, Of course no way of querying . Order Number 600748114A

Edit: I can't communicate directly unless you provide an email as the phone line only works if you can receive a text. I can't on the number as I no longer have the sim. So give me an email address. The auto renew is off as I said.

Same old problem has re-occurred

Same old problem has re-occurred. I paid my bill on 30/9 which they acknowledged in an email. On checking my account it is showing they have taken the amount again.

I have contacted them but not received a reply. I am happy with the sim but their CS leaves a lot to be desired especially billing.

Edit: I cancelled my DD in December 2024 and my current payment method on the account is manual payment. I have sent a screen shot using the Trustpilot link. Now please cancel the DD and explain why it was still active, given for many months I have Manually paid.
One last point even if the DD was active (which I have proved it wasn't) how could a payment be taken on 9/10 when the account balance was Zero on 30/9.

Edit: 13/11. Still no refund despite phone call and agreement to repay or status of DD their end. Refund now appears but still no confirmation there is no active DD, so we could be here again next month.

This is a new review

This is a new review, once again Yodel have failed to deliver and the tracker simply says the 'parcel delayed. It is now 5 days late and the retailer has done is quote 'raised a ticket with Yodel' What on earth has happened to this once great Carrier.

Edit: Well that update from Yodel was informative, not.
Edit 28/8 Now this is showing on the tracker. Waited over a week and now it's not coming. No explanation, note the time. They just couldn't be bothered to deliver it.

Well in a previous review on Verizone I…

Well in a previous review on Verizone I mentioned a double payment and the difficulty in getting Verizone to respond, however EASEUS the retailer did and my money has been refunded.

However Paypal had the issues 'logged' in 2 separate places. One was showing resolved and another it was still open. I have tried to close my Paypal account but it won't let me as there is an unresolved issue which there isn't.

Crazy system, no wonder they have so many bad reviews they can't get simple tech stuff right. It seems I now have to wait until 25th when they close the still open complaint that is of course closed.

I rated them 3 stars because what happened when I paid for a EASEUS Data Recovery piece of software they charged me twice, they never responded to a complaint set up by Paypal their affiliate company.

I contacted EASEUS directly and at first they wanted me to accept other software I didn't want or need. Then they offered just 50% and then finally the whole amount.

I have posted this because you need to be very aware when companies use intermediaries for payments recovery can be a nightmare. In this case it 6 days to get confirmation they will refund.

Paypal say it could take up to 30 days, blaming my card company.

This is a strange one, just noticed a declined order on my bank account. I have never even heard of this company. My bank has launched an investigation. Entry 16.40 yesterday. My banking details were used to place this order and a subsequent order on an expired card.

We have used their delivery service for 8 years ins Scotland and can honestly say aside from one or two site issues the deliveries have been mostly during our regular slot.

I would have given 5 stars however their latest updates on the web and app has created issues of communication. No longer do we see the order is on the way, how far away or who the driver is. Hopefully that will improve.

Despite all the assurances by Lyca as I suspected they would when I was advised by them to change cards they have once again taken the disputed £18.19 despite Albert giving me his word the matter was settled. I emailed Albert first thing this morning but have not received a response. This is blatant fraud and theft.

Edit: 6/3 Refund received tonight.
Edit: 8/3 Lyca really are quite bizarre. This issue is resolve and yet I get a Trustpilot request for more details.
