I had a ceiling fan installed by qualified electrician The fan does not work,so far the after sales has been useless, I am still waiting for an email, with suggestions, to get it working. So far zero response. I am still hoping, as I do not want to have the electrician back to remove the fan, so it can be returned for a refund.

This is the fifth Howdens kitchen I have ordered, the last two this year from Howdens Tunbridge Wells Branch, with Martin Hooper of H and H Builder.
The last kitchen, I changed my mind on the layout halfway through the process. Maxine had already sent me the plans. When I called to mention the radical change of plan ,Glen said no problem, arrangements were made for an afternoon appointment that day.
I arrived was offered coffee and biscuits and left the office with all the drawn plans and images an hour later. The kitchen was delivered the following week .
Excellent service in the past I have used IKEA and B and Q kitchens, Howdens kitchens are so much better in quality as the cabinets arrive ready assembled , also saving hours of labour and time wasted returning to the shop to rectify missing parts from the packaging
