Really? Poor Service

The bus driver sailed through Terminal 5 at 6:40 on Sunday morning. Despite being very nearly at the bus stop and waiving at the driver we missed the bus and had a thirty minute wait in the cold.

Other buses for other companies were pulling in and waiting a few moments to provide customer service. I have used Purple Parking for years, but may not do so in the future

Terrible Experience

I purchased tyre insurance when I changed car a few months back. Sadly I have a puncture which the Auto Protect approved repairer said needs a new tyre which should be covered. Auto Protect are refusing to pay.

I will have to pay for the tyre and sue Auto Protect, what a terrible company. The Approved Repairer are saying that the company is being increasingly difficult. What is the point of insurance that does not work?

Happily the claim eventually got sorted after nine calls and several hours on the phone. Using their Approved Supplier should have been simple rather than one blaming the other and vice versa

At that time, our records showed no authorisation had been received on the account, and we also had no evidence of a claim being submitted to us by Halfords. This meant it could not have been rejected by AutoProtect.

Do not buy from Henry cheap faulty watches arrived

The watches were very slow to arrive and when they arrived the chronograph buttons and functions do not work. I have requested a refund with the return of the faulty goods, but they keep stalling, asking for videos and all sorts, in effect denying my basic consumer rights. No confidence at all. Slick marketing NO substance

I am trying to get a meter fitted for a…

I am trying to get a meter fitted for a new supply and this has been going on since early February. I just got a text saying that they have cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. The same pathetic excuse they used last time.

I am about to switch to another supplier as EDF never do anything that they promise that they will do.

Since EDF have been aware of the issue they have engaged and things are looking promising so I am happy to update my review. Thanks

Total Lack of Customer Support

Amex does not help you if you become the victim of a SCAM.

I hired a car via an airline which was passed via a portal to an Italian Car Provider. On the day it was impossible to contact the local company and I had to hire a car via another operator. Amex refused the dispute saying that I was a "No Show" despite the fact that the airline flew me there. Amex has zero interest in their customers or in preventing fraud.

White Glove Service was a delight

We bought a divan and needed it to be delivered by a certain date. Emma was great organising things and the delivery team of Andy and Tony were on time, super helpful and very professional and courteous.

They call it a white glove service at Sweet Pea and Willow we called it above and beyond five star service.
